I remember thinking "who??" when we drafted him. he ended up having a very solid career (and made about $150 million...insane!) wouldnt mind bringing him back for our bench He can’t defend anymore, and wasn’t much of a defender in his prime. Might as well bring back Barton if we has interest in Fournier. And where is Kenneth Faried these days? He played in Mexico last year if I’m not mistaken. Are you saying Pickett and Tyson is better than Fournier?

Probably not, probably more that if we were to cut one of them it would be better to replace them with a better player such as Justin Holiday.

One of the weirder questions I’ve been asked. My Fours comment was about Fours versus others in the free agent market. Holiday is a good example of a better player. Of course, I’m sorry that we are still carrying Tyson and Pickett as I think neither will amount to anything for the Nuggets. Would like to see one of them attached to a Zeke trade for Micic, if we acquire him. Then use the empty roster spot to resign Holiday.

Fournier a few years ago would be perfect but he's looked awful the past 2 seasons when he's been available
If he did bounce back that would be a perfect fit. Feels like it would have potential to be even worse than the Reggie situation tho.

Fournier is really washed guys. As is Russell Westbrook and DeAndre Jordan -- but they are given roster spots. The point is Fournier is an upgrade over both Jalen Pickett and Hunter Tyson. And maybe Zeke Nnaji as well

And maybe Zeke Nnaji as well Agree DJ is washed, which is why we're wasting a roster spot on him. It'd have been better to give his spot to someone else who potentially could actually contribute. I wouldn't say Westbrook is washed, but he is entering a different phase of his career, we'll see how he does playing with Jokic at times and if Jokic can get the most out of him. I'd also argue Fournier isn't worth a roster spot, but would love to have gotten either Lonnie Walker IV OR DSJ.

I'd rather have Justin Holiday back than any of those bums.

Calvin Booth / Josh Kroenke have wasted 5 roster spots before the 24-25 season: Hunter Tyson, Jalen Pickett, Zeke Nnaji, 65 year old DeAndre Jordan and 36 year old Russell Westbrook (debatable)
A part of the reason we lost game 7 to the T-Wolves is because our starters were fatigued from the regular season. Malone had to overplay them due to G-leaguers like Reggie Jackson and Justin Holliday.
History is set to repeat itself for the 2025 playoffs, if Booth/Kroenke continue to waste roster spots on useless and/or washed players.

Vlatko is coming back from ACL injury and looked terrible for Slovenia in Olympic qualifiers.
Dario Saric is our only decent backup big man.

Russ is not washed up. God knows I wasn't for signing him, but his numbers dropped after Clippers brought Harden. And that is freaking issue with him. He can not play as secondary ball handler. Just can't. He either has a ball all the time and controls the game, or he doesn't play at all. Problem is, Jamal is same type of player. Russ and Jokic alone can bring this team to 50 wins. In perfect world, Russ will give Malone enough confidence not to override Jamal, so out Canadian glass princess will be ready for playoffs. Saric in same time is here to do the same for AG. In addition, you will have Watson and Cancar also covering for AG from time to time. Lastly, DAJ can still give you 10 games. Yes, he is washed up, but he can still give you one game every two weeks, and thats all Jokic needs.
I really think this team is good enough, and key peace is actually Russ. He needs to cover regular season. Thats his job. If he can do that, and I believe he can, there is enough evidence for that, our Canadian glass princess should be good to go in playoffs and hopefully will not brake for those 2 months. And that is your recipe for success.

Overstated, but relatively correct. Russ is a good enough offensive engine to keep a bench afloat and keep the team from having to run Jamal too hard in the regular season. And that itself may have made a huge difference in the playoffs.

How much more obvious could that be?
Malone doesn't think Nnaji, Pickett, or Tyson are NBA players. Booth thinks they're not only NBA players, but rotation guys.
Malone is correct.

Clearly Malone and Booth have issues. Neither are perfect. Booth's draft last year has not worked out and Malone can be as stubborn as a mule.

Durando correctly points out that Jackson, Holiday, and KCP collectively took over 28% of our 3s last year.
We need massive, massive volume from Braun.

I dont want to see one f***ing person that called KCP washed because his bad shooting playoff run give Russ excuses and say Russ isnt washed.
