He might, actually. Might need his length in spots.

I suspect he might actually play non-garbage time minutes. Not many, and not at key times. But if we are getting abused in late 1Q or early 2Q by their length, I could see Zeke getting a five minute stint to just change up the look. Also, AG could find himself in foul trouble at times, and if DJ could get PT last series, Zeke certainly could this time.

I don't see why they'd go to Zeke instead of going back to DJ in an emergency as we did briefly both last playoffs and last series against the Lakers. I think DJ is your 10th man, Strawther 11th, Zeke 12th, Pickett 13th, Tyson 14th.

He is not a good matchup against Gobert, Towns, or Reid.

No one has more credibility on predicting this series than me. I've been saying that Minny is our biggest challenge for a year now - everyone has finally come to see it.
Fami and I have had the best accuracy in predicting series outcomes.
For me: Nuggets in 6
The factors:
1. CONDITIONING: If the games were 3 quarters long, Minny might sweep us - but they're not. You're going to see Minny's legs start to fail by the end of the 3rd quarter - that is when their 3-pointers will stop falling and their defense will start to collapse. As long as we keep the games within 15 points by the end of the 3rd quarter, we win. I believe Minny is also last in clutch offense in the 4th (or something like that?) whereas we are first? That is because of conditioning - Minny fatigues in the end which causes mistakes - but we stay fit, allowing us to stay focused.
2. PWatson: PWat wasn't even in the rotation last year - so he's basically a new acquisition. He's also an Anthony Edwards stopper. If Minny ever goes up in this series, then Malone has to start PWat over KCP. PWat, alone, makes us a better team than last year, in regard to facing Minny.
3. Murray: Jaden McD has actually not guarded Murray well in the past. I won't say Murray will feast - but I'm not going to overestimate how much Minny can disrupt Murray.
4. DeAndre: Time to earn your vet minimum, DeAndre. Fresh legs and 6 games isn't asking too much.
5. FINCH: Micah Nori is not a good coach, in terms of in-game adjustments (whereas Malone and Finch are both excellent at that). If Finch isn't on the bench, that's a major loss and will basically account for a few of the wins.
On the conditioning factor alone though, I feel confident. GO NUGGETS!!!!

Down 15 going to the 4th is a guaranteed series loss. I’m hoping we aren’t down 12 in every second quarter for once

Jamal still listed as questionable on today's injury report, but we all know he'll play.
Reggie and KCP aren't listed at all, so that's a positive. Poor Vlatko still out.

questionable as in, your intellectual faculties are questionable if you think Jamal is going to sit this one out.

Yeah, Jamal himself said today he feels better than he did before game 5 against the Lakers. There's no doubt he's gonna play. The news I focused on is that they didn't even bother with a probable designation for KCP or Reggie. Just straight up calling them in. Hopefully that means their ankles are all good.

Can't wait for the game, it's gonna be a classic...
Hope Denver wins comfortably, no chasing result in late third.
