OK 1-1, make it interesting. Still confident Nuggets are winning, realistically much better team with more composure. Can't win them all but it does hurt to lose it by 3 at home.
Anyway, still 3 to go ;-)

Hurts man. We will never have a chance again I understand you've been a fan a lot longer than I, but would a true fan not have greater faith in their team when they make the NBA Finals (even if it will never happen again as you say!?) instead of throwing in the towel after one loss? I can only assume if Jokic, Murray and co were on here reading what you consistently put up, they wouldn't want you supporting them anyway and would ask for someone on here to ban you. It's 1-1 in the NBA Finals for christ sake and we have to put up with this sh*t. Maybe best you keep to yourself and your negativity so others can enjoy this unique experience? Just food for thought.. Yeah, annoying as hell. During the season guy is coming on boards for every single loss game and goes negative as, while coming on every 10th winning game and commenting something. I was looking for "ignore button" to not show comments from 'selected user' (didn't find it). Sometimes I think guy is troll, it makes more sense to me then being this negative whole your life (sporting life). WHY even follow sport, team, with that attitude. It's probably not real, never met person in real life like that.

Agitated? Annoyed? Angry? Yes.
Worried? No.
We celebrated too quickly - the fans, the city, and the team. We were cocky. You could feel it in the arena tonight. Fans really didn't show up until 5 mins left in the 4th quarter (and that's also when our team showed up - lol).
Our defense was garbage tonight. We were either without effort, or without focus.
Miami isn't Golden State of 2015. Get a f***ing man on them, and they'll miss their 3's. Funnel them into perimeter shots. We did none of that tonight.
One thing I noticed tonight is that Miami's shooters hardly ever shoot a 3, unless they're either wide open, or the shot clock is running down. They are VERY disciplined. But if they're open - it's bombs-a-f***ing-away. This can be fixed with ease - again - just effort and focus.
Our defense in Game 1 was much better (although, even that defense could have been improved).
Our guys needed a kick in the ass.
Lastly - Miami tends to shoot better on the road, than at home.
We got this. Onto Miami.

Get behind your fuc*ing team and let’s win the NBA Finals Bro - Rock is Rock. Have you ever read the original Winnie the Pooh stories? The original stories are hilarious, but also a good psychological study - very optimistic (Tigger), vs despondent sadness (Eeyore), with Pooh and Piglet (who are both more even-keel, but lean optimistic). If you remove Eeyore from those stories, then they suck. Sooo.... rock is eeyore. Just accept it and enjoy it - especially since the forum version of Tigger (me!) is defending him.

I tried telling NT that the Celtics with their shell shocked rookie head coach and ISO twin stars were a better match up than this Heat team, but you guys were too enamoured with the brand and regular season record I guess.
We're still going to win, but this thing is going the distance now. How great would have it been to steal one on Boston and just take care of business at home. Much less stress.

Can’t get this hopeless feeling that our title hopes are now gone. Waited 30 years and probably end up losing once again Rock, you and I have been around forever, and we both care SO much for this team. For me, a championship would be SO freaking cool, but I'm used to disappointment, so I'm not as upset as I should be right now. I had a bad feeling when I saw MPJ show up with his sunglasses and pimped out clothes, so I wasn't surprised in any way. Nothing's changed. We're still the better team, but we have to quit thinking our s**t doesn't stink and get down and dirty and kick their asses. If we don't, we'll lose, and we'll deserve to.

Facing the worse team (Boston) usually is a good thing! I also said that Miami would be a problem, they didnt fluke their way to the finals

Had a night to sleep on it. Still confident we can win this series. Our guys, with exception of Jokic, basically had their "cold" game as the Heat players did in Game 1. They finally decided to start playing the last 3 minutes of the 4th. I'll give them that, they are human.
If they, for some reason decide to play Game 3 in a similar manner, I'll be nervous after Game 3 but until then, this series is still winnable.
Still pissed about Jimmy Butler clearly with his foot on the line but passing to a open 3 and them never correcting that.

We know what this team looks like when they give a true defensive effort, and last night wasn't it.
If they get that back, we will most likely win.
If they don't, it's time to accept the loss and learn from it and hope Joker wants to play basketball for the long haul, or would he rather take his millions and ride horse(s) in Serbia.

I haven’t seen the defensive intensity that I saw in game 1 against Minnesota. Game 2 against Phoenix and LA.
Frustrating.
Crazy to think that our starters got their asses handed to them in the 4th. This really could’ve been like a 20-30 point blow out in favor of Miami if not for our amazing bench run.

THe bench BROUGHT it last night, especially Christian Braun. Hopefully he can show more of that Braun and hopefully Malone will leave him in longer.

Would certainly feel better if this was a road playoff loss instead.
Feels like we've tossed everything that we've worked for away.

This team need to get back to the 115+ ppg team we were coming into series. Do that and we win. I still think we can win it if we don't but alot of KY confidence was that we would be sole to score. Unfortunately MPJ has taken a hiatus and we are playing slow which is not letting us get any easy baskets. IMO. I'd pick up pace offensively.
On the defensive end. I'm 100% selling out on stopping Miami 3 point shooting. Even at the expense of a Butler 50 pt game. I'm not helping off their shooters to Butler make him score 1 on 1 vs. Us. I'd even be willing to switch Bam/Butler screen. Let Kokic use his length and force Butler to shoot over him. If Miami shoots under 42% from 3 I can't see them ever beating us. But we just giving them wide open looks from 3. It's idiotic.

No way, the team that ran through all the favorites in the East weren't an easy chip?
Thank god we avoided a mentally weak, poorly coached team. They were the threats.
