It wasn’t likely the Nuggets win 10 playoff games in a row. The Nuggets didn’t play very well, but it still took a lot of unusual things for the Heat to win this one, from 49% three point shooting to the no-call on the goaltending. The Nuggets need to get better play from Porter and KCP — they both had awful games. I don’t expect them to continue to play this poorly.
The Nuggets can win in Miami, just like they won in Phoenix and in LA.

It wasn’t likely the Nuggets win 10 playoff games in a row. The Nuggets didn’t play very well, but it still took a lot of unusual things for the Heat to win this one, from 49% three point shooting to the no-call on the goaltending. The Nuggets need to get better play from Porter and KCP — they both had awful games. I don’t expect them to continue to play this poorly. The Nuggets can win in Miami, just like they won in Phoenix and in LA. Yes, those two players played poorly, but so did the guy who’s supposed to win us games. Murray made two late 3’s but missed the game-tying shot at buzzer, and was horrible defensively and mediocre at best on offense before all that. Jokic scoring 40+ and having only 4 assists doesn’t seem like a winning recipe. Lots of unusual things led to this loss. Can’t win em all. |

i hate these 3 days off bs this and its not that hard to figure out what has happened. Nuggets come out flat. and that's it. all those defensive lapses, no offense movement, ball was stagnant... KCP and MPJ both having just horrible games on both ends, with both Murray and Jokic being lazy defensively. realistically, Nuggets are still huge favorites. they just need to play with much more poise. |

Nuggets still -265 to win championship and Miami +220. If we can’t win one game on the road in this series, we don’t deserve a chip anyways.

He had 10 assists against 1 turnover and has a huge playmaking responsibility in addition to scoring. Its not reasonable to expect him to also be the Nuggets best perimeter defender. Porter played a good game 1 but he needs to hit some shots (he’s 3-17 on threes in the two games) to keep the defense honest. I think the Heat are a tough matchup for him and its possible Brown should be playing more minutes than Porter in this series. KCP just had a weirdly bad game in just about every respect. On to Miami. |

We will never have a chance again I understand you've been a fan a lot longer than I, but would a true fan not have greater faith in their team when they make the NBA Finals (even if it will never happen again as you say!?) instead of throwing in the towel after one loss? I can only assume if Jokic, Murray and co were on here reading what you consistently put up, they wouldn't want you supporting them anyway and would ask for someone on here to ban you. It's 1-1 in the NBA Finals for christ sake and we have to put up with this sh*t. Maybe best you keep to yourself and your negativity so others can enjoy this unique experience? Just food for thought.. |
