Additional note: Regarding the "attacks" on third candidate voters or abstinents (i.e. JB), I understand their decision, and this emotional outburst might be the best explanation where they come from when choosing that: www.instagram.com/reel/DB9tFzEOMih/Sorry for the IG link, I got it like that, there is a yt link to full interview in the comment there.

Musk and Thiel both make a strong case that billionaires need to be taxed more, and maybe even out of existence.

I find it noteworthy the words Karl used to describe Trump (divisive, disruptive) are the exact words many people in the NBA world would use to describe George Karl.

Musk and Thiel both make a strong case that billionaires need to be taxed more, and maybe even out of existence. I have seen an enormous concentration of wealth and growth of inequality during my lifetime. It’s the underpinning of most of the bad stuff in our politics and it is unfortunate that I’m not hearing much if anything about it from any candidates. I’m not naive and realize that their messages have been polled and focus grouped and maybe it’s too abstract to be top of mind for voters, but to me it’s my big picture #1 concern.

It’s not the expanding wealth and income inequality per se, which has been going on since Reagan was elected president in 1980, that has damaged our politics nearly beyond repair. It’s the money in politics, due to the Citizens United ruling. The Ohio senate race, alone, has $400 million being spent on it. We need to get money out of politics and lobbyists out of the pockets of politicians.
