This man's dementia has dementia Anyone who thinks Trump can serve four years if he wins is injecting delusional hopium into their veins. A vote for Trump is really a vote for JD Vance within two years. At most.

i am not listening too conspiracy s**t, and all other other s**t they have - i am not a Doctor. - they need help. The people who need to listen are MAGA. Unfortunately they have turned their ears and brains off toward the rest of us. Everyone needs to listen. Imagine thinking only one side needs to do the most basic thing humanity and society is built on.

He's not accusing Trump of being a puppet, he's saying Trump is likely to keel over and die before he completes a term in office. He's pushing 80, overweight, and if you compare his speeches this year to those of four years ago he has noticeably declined in terms of energy and coherence. And also, people keep trying to shoot him. Harris is almost two full decades younger and she eats food other than McDonald's. Of course any of us could die at any time, but as a matter of likelihood she's far less likely to die in the next four years than he is.

Three people confirmed today that Trump's handlers had to talk him out of beginning to refer to Biden as "Retarded Joe" after the debate.

Actually, my guess as to #1 most likely scenario is that Vance and the Trump cabinet will use the 25th Amendment against a mentally declining and unstable Trump, and the Senate will remove him from office, making Vance president. There’s a reason Peter Thiel funded him into the U.S. Senate and had him picked as VP. Thiel and Elon Musk, co-heads of the old “PayPal mafia”, want to control our government and make it THEIR oligarchy. Musk fantasizes about going to Mars and is an Apartheid South African virulent racist megalomaniac. AI is advancing at an accelerating rate, and Musk wants to tear down our government institutions to the bone, replacing human capital in government with AI. He hopes it will be HIS AI engine running the IRS, HHS, and other institutions. That’s my wild ass theory, anyway. Trump is Musk’s and Thiel’s Trojan Horse offering to Trump’s voters. The scheme is diabolical and brilliant. Brilliantly evil. I know it’s a far-fetched theory, but there has to be reasons Elon Musk is putting so much time, effort, money to get Trump elected that goes well beyond what he has stated publicly. There have to be reasons other than lower taxes to make his vast wealth grow even bigger.

I would not put Thiel and Musk in the same group. One is an imbecile whose photo should be in a dictionary next to the survivorship bias.
Thiel on the other hand is a very dangerous man.

I can’t stand either one of them, but make no mistake. Musk is evil and dangerous too. He runs one of the most influential social media platforms in the western world, which he has ruined and devalued from its past as Twitter. He says it’s his devotion to “free speech”, but that’s a figleaf. What he really wants is a megaphone to amplify his own speech and that of his allies, which includes the spreading of disinformation on a 24/7 basis. If Trump does in fact win, don’t think it would have happened anyway without Musk’s malevolent help.

Also a person that ruined or almost ruined any company that wasn’t heavily subsidized, and space x would probably be ruined if Gwynne wasn’t running it. Thiel on the other hand is systematic in his approach and unable of empathy. Also vindictive af (e.g. bankrupting gwaker). I fear Thiel far more than Musk. Musk might be fully exposed in the ongoing ev slump and go into irrelevance. God knows how many plans and ppl like JD, Thiel has grooming. They weren’t much of friends at paypal, thing that connects them the most is probably similar upbringing - watching slaves whose life was worthless mine for them.
