Jeremy Nicholls is claiming that the Nuggets actually did receive a 2025 2nd round pick from Charlotte in the Reggie trade, and that they could be trying to flip that pick in another trade.

Three 2nd rounders and got back a 3rd round pick in 2026 for the Broncos. Priorities are straight.

So we traded 3 and got 1 back? Apparently. Maybe they're going to attach it to Tyson or Zeke to get someone to take them. Nugs get Westbrook, Clips get a 2nd, some other team with cap space takes Zeke/Tyson and either keeps them or buys them out.

All reporting I’ve heard says Clippers would buy out Westbrook and then we sign him for the minimum. Clearly, we’d make a separate trade, at least, to open roster space.

so, KCP during introduction to Magic said he hasn't had any offer from Nuggets...
I would love for Booth and Josh Kroenke to hold another press conference and explain what they meant by "we would love for KCP to stay in Nuggets, and if the price is right we will surely have him back"? I guess right price was 0$?
But congrats on staying below first apron and saving that money, hey, hey! After all, you are business people first, club owners second. And by the books, they earned around 71M $ on the Nuggets last season, so you can't really hold anything against them as business is booming.

Take any of them over Vlatko Vlatko is already signed. It's a done deal. First reported by hoopshype and confirmed locally by the Denver Gazette. Current roster: 1. Jokic 2. Murray 3. Gordon 4. Porter 5. Braun 6. Watson 7. Saric 8. Strawther 9. Holmes 10. Cancar 11. Nnaji 12. Jordan 13. Pickett 14. Tyson 15. (open) --- 16. Alexander (two-way) 17. Hall (two-way) 18. (open two-way) We need to turn that open roster spot and one or both of Nnaji/Tyson into a backup point guard and some shooting guard depth.

It's great that we went back to our old ways, stockpiling Cs and PFs (most semi-usable), while ignoring the need for defenders and shooters on wing positions. So currently we have Jokic and Gordon, that Malone is going to play at an average of 40mpg each, and we have a total of 16 minutes to spread to Saric, Zeke, Cancar, Watson, Holmes

Take any of them over Vlatko Players I’d LOVE: Gary Trent (probably BPA out of these) Spencer Dinwiddie (can we finally get a Buffalo please) Lonnie Walker (wanted him badly the year we drafted MPJ) Lowry (if he’d accept a backup role) KJ Martin (can be a mini AG)

Would Blazers accept MPJ for Grant straight up? I would have nothing against him back over MPJ.
Also, who is going to be a center for Pelicans, Alvarado? They lost Valancunias and traded Larry Nance.Jr

Shpuld see Jokic at 32-34, and AG at 30 mpg. Zeke won't play a minute this season I don't see, unless we have major injuries, but I expect him gone one way or other. Vlatko is coming off injury and I can see playing some SF for us. Saric should get between 15-20 mpg playing both 4 and 5, and Holmes should get 12-15 mpg playing mostly the 4. I expect Vlatko is the 11th man and will only get spot minutes as a 3/4. 10 man rotation Murray/Vet MIN Braun/Strawther MPJ/Pwat AG/Holmes Jokic/Saric I do think it very nice for one more Combo guard even if we get RW, but I don't thunk it's as bad as your making it out.

KCP said he wanted to wait for the Nuggets counter offer but the Magic gave him a small window to accept that contract.
it is what it is. salute Pope for securing a generational bag and keep it moving.
