Tough loss for you, guys. Some positive notes:
1.Minnesota has not won a playoff series since 2004 (20 years ago). Edwards and KAT have never won a playoff series but low IQ Gobert did with Utah (not that it matters).
2.OKC is young and inexperienced, they will most likely lose in the 1st or 2nd round. Giving Denver homecourt in the WCF.
Depending on the seeding, Mavericks could be motivated to beat OKC on Sunday; same with the Suns against Minnesota on the same day. Have no idea if Luka, Kyrie, Booker, KD, Beal are playing.

So a blown 23pt lead vs Wemby plus the Spurs G-Leaguers now means an away series rnd 2 vs the Twolves.
That's a catastrophic loss.
Seriously how did that happen.

I’m disappointed that we didn’t get to 58 wins. George Karl’s Teamness team will retain at least a share of the franchise record for RS wins.

Still can’t believe it. Losing HC is massive. It’s such a big advantage for the Nuggets. Still think we have what it takes but far less room for error now. On a less important note does anybody think we see a surprise with the MVP? Jokic had it on lock but without the 1 seed it I feel like it opens the door for a surprise. Still likely wins it but don’t trust the media lol I can see a huge media campaign to give it to Shai now. The old guard don't want Jokic to have 3 MVPs. I'd say it's 50/50. |
