Speaking of bad takes, SAS is championing SGA as his MVP, but ‘with all due respect’ to Jokic’s greatness. Looking back, SAS has stumped for: -Durant in 2021 -Embiid in 2022 -Embiid in 2023 -SGA in 2024 I know the dude is basically famous for being a loud obnoxious moron, but JFC Smith is no moron. He gets paid very well to stir the pot attract viewers/listeners and he’s real good at it. You're giving him too much credit. He gets paid well to be an idiot and the viewers and listeners are the expected result. He's interchangeable with other idiots like Bayless or Perkins or Young. |

SGA missed shootaround and is questionable tonight. He was receiving treatment on his quad so his lack of participation in shootaround isn't a guarantee that he's out. Jalen Williams has been ruled out, however.
Maxey participated in shootaround so he should be good to go for the Sixers.
