Team really seems lost. It appears their bigger problem in PO was the PG position and not the center. They have so many guys out though They built a team out of glass, they will always have guys out. And even if they're healthy, they still don't have a legitimate point guard on the roster. In a seven game series teams with a balanced roster will eat them alive. Easier said than done, but this team needed Jrue Holiday about 10X more than they needed Bradley Beal.

Booker out tonight with a calf strain, Beal still out.

Jrue as a 4th option was always my dream for the Nuggets.
but the calculus for the Celtics didn't change from May. look at Steph-Klay, look at Bron-AD, look at Giannis-KM. look at Joker-Jamal. your top two guys can't be ISO twins if you want to win a championship. they need immaculate chemistry.

The Celtics are too soft. Porzingis for Grant and Robert Williams is a massive team-softening move and even if Porzingis doesn't get hurt, which he will, it will hurt them against teams with frontline depth. Horford is also another year older.

Partially collapsed lung for CJ McCollum. He had a similar injury a few years back and it caused him to miss several weeks.

Can’t tell if the mavs are for real or not
5-1 but they haven’t really beaten anyone good yet

Can’t tell if the mavs are for real or not 5-1 but they haven’t really beaten anyone good yet They aren't a threat to anybody in the playoffs as currently constructed. As long as Luka stays healthy and doesn't put on 25 pounds during the course of the season they should be able to snag a playoff spot, though.

I also honestly don’t think having the lottery picks is as important in 2023, because the talent pool is much much larger than only a few years ago I agree - I’ll take good scouting over a better pick - but doesn’t hurt to have a good pick too lol

Celtics don’t scare me. Not enough size and plenty of injury history with Zinger.
Minny is the only team that can compete.

Minnesota hands Boston their first L in OT. Maybe retire the «Towns and Gobert wont work» take. As they have handed the two best teams in the league their only losses

Obviously the sample sizes are too small right now for this to mean anything, but I thought it would be interesting to check back every week or so and see how it changes. Something tells me Strawther is going to climb these lists quickly.
Pickett has broken these stats by coming in and draining 3s in very small amounts of playing time.
Joker has broken these stats by being better at basketball than everybody else in the world.

I’ve never understood win shares. How is it calculated and what does it mean?
