Been running around some old takes, and LOL. My Jamal Murray draft grade - now that they're one game away from a title, I'll begrudgingly concede they found a starting caliber player that night. Solid B for me. Seems like they targeted shooting, and went BPA. Love that. Hard to give an A without knowing if you got a starting caliber player or not, but day of draft grades are silly. Interested to see how the roster shakes out, particularly at the 2. Go close this out. The moment is here. All the stupid mock drafts you read. All the summer league games you watched. The Brian Shaw coached games you tuned in for. It's all for this. Go get it. Everybody here deserves it. |

I'm interested to see how the team comes out in this one. The energy will be high, but the nerves probably will be too. These guys know they're on the brink of doing something incredible. It might not be the day for a high volume of 3's. Use the energy and tension to play defense and take the ball to the hoop.

I think today is going to be a paint battle, and it’s easy to predict who will win that. |

Flew myself, wifey and my babyboy out here to Denver. Been waiting decades for this - not missing game 5.
Biggest regret right now is that I should have just purchased some f***ing season tixs. I knew we were headed to the finals back in the fall, so I’m kicking myself - sigh.
Anyways - very grateful we’re here, in good health and excitement.
Took my fam out to our fav steakhouse tonight here in Denver, and spotted Stephen A dining in the corner. Told our kind waiter that I wanted to buy him a drink. Waiter came back and said “he’s not drinking alcohol this evening, sir.” Dude takes his job seriously - good man.
Let’s go nuggets!!!
