God, beating a legacy Boston Celtic team with 305 banners hanging in the rafters would be so much sweeter than beating a fluke Heat team that might not even make the playoffs next season. If Jimmy and Bam are present and healthy the Heat will get back to the playoffs in the East. Of course, Butler hasn't played more than 64 games since 2016-17, so he could easily miss half a season again. |

Nuggets can beat the Celtics. They are the best team remaining. If they show up and play how they can than I'm feeling pretty confident no matter what happens.
We don't want Boston to win this series tho. Tonight is fine but next game Miami needs to close it out. Home court is massive. Especially for Denver. Your already starting to see the cracks in the Heat. If we face Boston in the finals it'll be alot tougher even if we can pull it off. Boston beating Denver in the finals wouldn't be some insane upset especially if Tatum/Brown have shook off the nerves. Miami winning this whole thing would be pretty unpredictable and a big time upset at this point. At this point I'd take a Tatum/Brown 2nd half choke job and a Miami comeback but doubtful we see that.

the Celtics have lost at home 5 times in the playoffs. how many games have the Nuggets lost at home again?

Wait who's terrified of the Celtics? lol It's just obviously a better matchup with the Heat. Even Butler who it seemed like some were terrified of .. has had quite a few amount of games where he's completely human. Home court in Denver is a big advantage especially against an older team.
Nuggets don't need to be afraid of anybody but the odds will be far more in there favor vs Miami than they will be against Boston.

Our chances of beating Miami: 95%
Our chances against Boston: 75%
Boston with smart, Tatum, brown, Brogdon, and horford - they can light you up from 3. I donât see them doing that 4 times in 7 games, but they can do it 3 times - add-in one âf**k upâ game on our side and Boston could win - long odds, but theyâre a bigger threat than Miami.
Plus -
I already booked plane tixs and a nice suite in Denver for game 1 and 2.
Stopping f***ing around, Miami.
