But I do mind people habitually making trouble on the board, dragging down the quality of discussion, etc. If such people get to the point where their non-contributions or anti-contributions outweigh their contributions, it's banning time This is the only part I don't agree with. How does this work? Do you keep track? So, let's say that if I contribute with 10 good posts I can trash 10 others? Or is it a 2 to 1 ratio - if I write 10 good I can trash 5 others? Like I said, people do not have to be jerks to contribute - so I don't see reason to give them any form of consistent lee way on that regard. |

i find it hilarious that an entire thread is devoted to un-quality s**t here only for phil to jump in with 'hey, sorry ive been busy lately'. thats awesome phil. maybe dean can make an appearance too. then we can put this thread in classic asap... You take everything I post extremely seriously my friend. This is all in response to that crap that was being posted yesterday in the AC thread. There are a bunch of people on here who take everything far too seriously. And that can either be offseason nuggets or someone posting something you don't agree with. |

But she is talking like it's going to be on a very consistent basis....and in which case, I should be getting paid(saves her money regardless). At least while the kid actually requires hardcore work, the first year or so. |

Besides....I paid her 39 bucks a couple weeks ago just to find out what his name is going to be. I'd say scraping the kid's s**t from a diaper to the toilet is worth a few dollars every now and then.

I'm more concerned with what you're doing over the course of a few days -- if you trash people too much and contribute too little, at the very least, you'll get a warning, and if you don't calm down you'll get a ban. Really, all I'm saying is, I'll let a little bit slide if you normally contribute. I'm not going to nazi someone over one insult. But I am quite willing to delete posts, ban people, etc. if the insults get too numerous (either in absolute number or relative to legit contributions.) |

All I can find is the general little disclaimer from Proboards when we sign up (which says that harassment won't be permited, but that's too vague). There is not a forum rulebook or guideline around, like on most foruns. While I trust your judgement, this is too subjective for my tastes. Not that my tastes should matter, of course - I'm just saying  |
