BIllups stepped out on the 3 pointer at the end. Melo stepped on the line for the 3 thats why it was only 2 points. The Refs didn't give the Lakers the game, in fact the Nuggets had more free throw shot attempts. The Nuggets can only blame themselves... GO LAKERS! F*ck you.

It's really not AC's fault. He just sucks, he makes terrible decisions, and he is way too short to guard Kobe. Blame that fat ogre for playing him late in the game.

Did you people actually think that Denver had a chance in this series?

Nobody has any complaint about Nene, he was nice with 14 early points but disappeared in the second half... offensively.
I don't think J.R. was shutting out Melo, he was playmaking for us and getting us open looks. Melo can score anytime he wants, but J.R.'s job is to create for himself and others.

"That's not what lost the game," he said of his inbound pass that Trevor Ariza swiped with 30.5 seconds left and the Lakers leading by two points. "We still had time on the clock. We just didn't come up with a few plays." Then, asked if the series was just getting started, he flashed a smile. "Yeah," Carter said. "We've got a long ways to go."

So what if there's still time left on the clock? The point was there wasn't enough time on the clock. It was mathematically impossible to catch up or take the lead from suddenly being down 4 (thanks to that costly turnover of yours) you moron! Just f***ing MAN UP and admit that your stupid turnover sealed the win for the Lakers! DAMN!

he just thought melo would bail him out...like that game 3 where he left terry wide open in the corner and allowed dallas to go up 4.

What a terrible thing for AC to say... if you're going to say that, say it was missed opportunities and free throws. Don't say that you still had time to make plays. Don't downplay how crucial that play was...
I bet you the Lakers smell some blood now and will be coming for the kill in Game 2. They think we'll fold. I just hope the Nuggets come out angrier and more determined.

That quote shows just how much of a cocksucker AC is. F*CK him. Hopefully Chauncey doesn't allow us to fold in Game 2, if AI was on this team we would be so f*cked right now. In Chauncey We Trust.

denver should have won game 1. kobe bryant needs to get some of them elbows that he dished out to the houston rockets. kobe bryant is such a cry baby little punk that needs to be put in his place. what comes around goes around. go denver, and win the series, because you deserve it not the cry baby lakers.
