but the clippers have the option of offering it to us or does the transaction HAVE to take place if they're 21+?

I was pleased with this trade. Reid doesn't give us a whole lot but we get a first rounder. And this will save us money. It looks like Kiki has really got a plan going. I'm sure one of the two first round picks he has trade for will be worth something. Whether it is a player we trade for or someone we get in the draft. Kiki continues to impress. Now if he could just get a coach, but he probably has a plan for that too.
