This team badly misses Jamal Murray. Can't deny it. Well obviously. We have 4 guards and he's one of them. And he's a max contract guy, most teams don't have a reasonable replacement for that and we don't even have a warm body to put in there. We just watched a half in which Strawther and Braun played point guard and Peyton Watson played shooting guard. |

Meanwhile Jones is almost 50/40/90 with 10 points, 7 assists and less than 1 turnover per game for the 5-1 Suns... Suns offered him starting job? When? 2 months into free agency? We could have give him full TPMLE over vet minimum and sell him the Bruce Brown story... |

They got Jones, Morris, and CG basically for nothing. Any one of those three guys would certainly be handy right now rather than trying to watch Strawther play the 1 and Watson play the 2. |
