Jokic MPJ Watson Braun Russ
DJ Nnaji Tyson Strawther bench. With Alexander the next option.
I'd imagine Jamal and Vlatko shouldn't be out too long either.
December 15 denver can trade saric? May be an option.
For now big opportunities for bunch of guys, very weak roster

Time for Peyton to sink or swim. Huge month for him and the team. The Nuggets absolutely have to stay afloat during this stretch. Need Murray back ASAP. This is gonna be a 45-49 win season at best for the Nuggets. A real step back for our RS record for the first time in the Malone/Jokic era. The demands on our core four playing time will cause nagging injuries and fatigue. Already, Murray missed time to concussion, and now this calf issue for AG. No way we win 50+ or have seeding higher than 4th. I’d even say 6-seed will be in play, but will stick to my bold prediction of 5-seed. Low win total also just a product of every team being decent. Even Charlotte Detroit Brooklyn seem ok. Jamal concussion could be pretty minor, Braun and strawther have been great so far

The Saric contract has joined a lengthy list of untradeable Calvin Booth contracts.
We'll have to give up our 2031 1st or Pwat/Straw to excise ourselves from the Zeke/Saric deals.

When did a $5 million dollar deal to a bench guy become a financial issue? It should barely matter at all
Our real problem is we have two guys taking up half our cap that don’t come close to being worth it.

The main issue is Booths fascination for giving out player options to washed guys. It allows him to cut out early for 9 holes during the summer. Doesn’t get bogged down with the whole ‘negotiating’ thing

No one on the team gets blown by more then MPJ, and not just blown by, but blown by cleanly, like he is stuck in quicksand I wonder if he added a little too much weight this summer. Being stronger is good, but he was already a bit slow as a wing player, and losing quickness and initial burst might have made him too heavy on his feet. Might need to drop a few pounds and rebuild some agility. I doubt a few pounds makes any significant difference. He has nerve damage that affects the function of some leg muscle(s). Playing NBA basketball has got to be the most extreme rehab possible and I’m sure he has maximized his recovery and his physical abilities. There is nothing more he can do to be “quicker on his feet.” All he can do is make mental adjustments and use strategies to try to minimize the bad effects of his physical limitations.

The problem is that you have 4 max contracts but only one max player. All the other stuff is insignificant

They should be looking to put that 31 1st on table anyway before they cross 2nd apron next year and can't trade it? Should be trying to trade it for clarkson or tre jones or something.

Booth can draft but his pro scouting idk
