How does strawther get 2 shots??? They need to play him as a guard, first of all. Way too much time at the 3. And they have to actually run stuff for him. Make it a point to get the ball in his hands. |

Why did Jamal take that 3? He has been awful. Replace him with Edwards and Nuggets win 5 titles. Dude if we could also replace MPJ with Prime Jordan we'd win 10. Just lamenting the fact that Jokic doesn't have a great secondary option like almost every other NBA legend did. |

Murray needs to get his s**t together. No need to pull up from 3 at the end given how well the rest of the starters are playing. Outside of that the bench is truly awful. Watson/Saric/Westbrook all look like misses. Not going to happen man. How many games in a row do we have to see Murray play terrible to just accept that he's washed? He'll still have some good games but he's never going to be consistent again. He couldn't beat Naz Reid off the dribble in the 1st half. Naz Reid... |

Really good half by Braun. Credit where it's due. Aaron Gordon has been one of the best shooters on the roster.
I would expect to get cooked in the second half. Nuggets shot out of their mind in the second quarter. They won't repeat that.

Hunter Tyson doesn't deserve a shot. Did you not watch preseason or Summer League? He regressed drastically from his performances from last year. Just like Pickett did. Both guys showed up worse players than they finished last season. I don't care. Saric has been unplayable. I don't care if they tried playing Pickett at center over him. I'd take it. Make these guys earn their minutes. How many games does Saric get to play like the worst player in basketball and keep his minutes? 10? 15? AG will be playing backup C in the 2nd half now. AG/Jokic are going to be dead at the end of the season if Malone doesn't find a usable center. DeAndre would be a gigantic upgrade. Rebounds and rim rolls. Saric offers you nothing. ZERO I'm all aboard the "Saric is trash" train. I'm just saying if you pull him it has to be for Zeke, Vlatko (when healthy), or DJ. I cannot stress to you enough how bad Hunter Tyson is. If he played 10 minutes for three games in a row you'd be begging for this version of Saric. He was the worst defensive player on the Gold last season. Not the worst player on a Nuggets contract playing for the Gold, but the worst. |

Wolves are shooting 58% from the field and 52% from 3 and we are down 3. Our bench gives us 1-17 shooting. Jokic = Horse, work horse.

Bob Meyers wouldn't say it, but clearly is like "who the f**k assembled this team". I find it hilarious to see people acting like the bench is fine if you make these four changes. 100% Malone needs to actually aim to get the ball to the guys who should have the ball. Not just randomly play. Some of it is early season lots of new guys, constantly trying stuff, they just have no feel. But these are not playoff level players. They're frankly not regular season players. I see zero playoff players right now. Watson and Strawther could get there if they figure it out, but they're both one way players that are complete liabilities on the other end. I like the theory of Strawther but he's a s**t show defensively. But yes, they need to call more plays on the bench unit and draw up shots for shooters. You can't let them just run around and play. They are way too shitty. |
