Boston are NBA championship contenders because they have depth ...look at Hauser, Pritchard, Tillman, etc ...our incompetent GM feels Hunter Tyson and Jalen Pickett are worth the 14th and 15th roster spots Can't emphasize this enough |

The wing and guard rotation is wild but at least Watson will get huge minutes and he should even get a shot at some SG

Another open 3 because Tyson doesn't rotate What are you talking about. He rotated to help Jokic man because Jokic rotated to stop drive. That 3 wasn't o Tyson it was on the man who gave up the drive. |

One thing i saw in game 1 i see today and idk how our coaching staff did not adress that. Boston guards attack offensive rebounds from both corners at the nail around 10 ft from basket and our guards are not boxing them out but ball watching...So easy to adress such a simple thing yet this is the NBA... I don’t think it’s simple at all. “Boxing out” is one thing when it’s against relatively stationary bigs in the small space around the basket. It’s relatively easy to quickly get a body on a guy like that. I hear some kinda dumb, stuck in the past, announcers like Hastings complaining about not boxing out on long rebounds grabbed by someone on the offensive team. 1) it isn’t “boxing out” when it comes to long rebounds that are going all over the court as blocking a guy from getting to the basket (the traditional “blocking out”) isn’t preventing that guy from getting to a rebound bouncing 10-15 feet away from the basket (sometimes its the opposite and blocking out pushed a guy to where the ball went), and 2) quicker guys who are moving around in space are difficult to instantly locate and body. When it comes to getting long rebounds, its really about quickly judging where the ball is going and pursuing it, not boxing out. The Celtics play small ball in part not only because they are playing a 5 out offensive system, but also because rebounding long rebounds is more about foot speed and quick hands than it is about size, and there are a lot of long rebounds in the three point era. |

I would agree 10-15 isn't great, but Saric and Strawther have played great today, and everyone has high hopes for Watson and Westbrook played well Friday |
