I don't know that Malone calling it a competition means that Strawther is doing great. He's in the rotation by default because so far we only have 4 NBA full time roster guards and one of them is Pickett. |

God I’m going to be concerned if Pickett is our backup PG when the season starts… We still have one roster spot, there's no way it doesn't go to a PG. What's more concerning is we still need another main roster guard after that and we don't have a spot for one. It, once again, comes down to moving Tyson and/or Zeke. |

Alexander is going to run up against the same limitations that Gillespie did last year, though. Whether he plays in them or not, he can only dress for a maximum of 50 regular season NBA games and 0 playoff games. We can't rely on him, he has to be emergency spot duty. |
