Initial Summer League roster:  Parker Braun on the list. He's Christian's older brother, a 6'10" PF/C. Seems unlikely he'll snag the last two-way given our overflow at the position. I recognize Franklin and Toney from last year's summer league and G-League squads, mostly new faces otherwise. Nugs roster guys on the list: Julian Strawther Hunter Tyson Jalen Pickett DaRon Holmes (1st round pick) Trey Alexander (undrafted rookie two-way) PJ Hall (undrafted rookie two-way) Not sure if our third two-way is currently on this squad. It pretty much has to be a SG/SF. |

Initial Summer League roster: Not sure if our third two-way is currently on this squad. It pretty much has to be a SG/SF. Looking up the guards on that SL roster Young is 6’2 and can score but not efficiently at the college level at least. Franklin and Toney is Grand rapid gold trash, or definitely not worth a two way. Elvis might be the worst player i have ever googled. Havent averaged more than 6 points or whatever in any college season or gleague season |

Yeah he wouldnt care. So why not get guy that can actually fight for the last two way spots and not some garbage Grand rapid gold guards that have chemistry with our sophmores

My take on Summer League is I'm much more interested in who doesn't look the part than who plays well. I've seen lots of non-NBA rotation guys play well in Summer League for a game or two and it didn't mean anything. If a guy is trash in Summer League, it's usually much more telling.
Strawther needs to absolutely ball out given Booth has bet Jokic's era on him and Braun.

Looks like the first two games are on NBA TV and the last two games are on ESPN2 Duh; just do what I do and drag your family to vegas every summer for summer league!
