BTW, Hunter being the second player instead of Pickett might make sense for Hornets. He’s a graduate of Piedmont High School in Monroe, NC. It’s a suburb of Charlotte. Also went to Clemson.

Micic can't shoot 3s at all, though, so he wouldn't help us there. He'd just be emergency ball handling/playmaking. If they can send either Zeke and Pickett or Zeke and Tyson out for Micic and then bring in another SG with some 3 point chops it would really help balance the roster. I think Holiday, THT, Troy Brown, and Lonnie Walker are all still out there, are they not? Any one of those guys would be a massive insurance policy in case of injury or regression in our guard group. I think that's some serious hopium you're huffing there but I'd be ecstatic if that happened. If there’s reality to the reported rumor, then trading Zeke is the only way a trade can be done. Unless there is a crazy bombshell deal, such as Murray for Ball and Micic. So, Zeke is still someone that could be dealt, but I was operating under the assumption that Zeke would be kept due to the Holmes injury. We shall see. Is the rumor that both sides are keen or just that we are interested in Micic? |

KCP obviously was a TC guy. The scouting of Braun obviously had been done all year and was their pick.
Ill credit Booth for the BB plan. And yeah no BB = no ring. But could argue he was lucky to get BB who deserved more money.
Tho last summer not many people here thought BB deserved money or even that he was crucial to our ring. Booth himself even said Watson was better so yeah that move for sure was luck
