On a serious note, outside od Donovan Mitchell there is no 1 for 1 trade for Jamal imo. And in no way Cavs are going to look them both the same to accept that trade without picks involved. So, Jamal is not going anywhere because there is no point guard that can run with Jokic and our starting 5 better than Jamal for the same value/price Jamal has. Maybe JA (with normal human brain?) I’m never going to believe that someone isn’t tradeable in the nba anymore Other teams dump bad contracts all the time. Jamal is far from untradeable |

I am against trading Jamal because there is no better realistic option to upgrade. But on the same note i am SO against that extension it's not even funny.
At this point even MPJ, idk is there a team with 2 players that we can brake that contract into and not lose a beat. Lauri Markannen is rumored to Spurs and the price is way higher than just MPJ. I doubt that MPJ value alone can give us anything back of a decent value. Maybe Bogdanovic/Hunter combination from the Hawks, but i also doubt they accept that without picks added.
In reality our highest paid players value around the league is nowhere near the same as we think it is. Their value is in playing with Jokic and feasting on his gravity.

May simply be in a holding pattern until the asking price lowers to the TPMLE level. Gary getting $7 mil/year tells me we aren't there yet. I will add that this feels more and more like a KSE spending freeze way more than Calvin confused about talent. KSE is notoriously cheap and appears Stan wasn't going to pay 2nd apron tax let alone much of the 1st apron level...hence the bench appears destined to stink yet again. |

Clippers get kris dunn They haven’t given up like our FO has It’s called “free agency” not “you’ll go where Rock wants agency” its not losing out on players like dunn and bamba. its the fact that we are the ONLY team doing nothing, in one of the most critical offseasons in franchise history. there are so many guys who would be rotation players for us that are being signed left and right. we do absolutely nothing. we cannot field a regular season rotation. we dont have enough playable bodies. this is really, really bad news. for a tanking team its fine. we are supposed to be contending. this is beyond embarrassing. |

I can’t post here much right now. Not only am I on a European vacation, but the negativity and hysteria can’t be argued against. We are still in the top of the fifth inning of the postseason game. Only player we’ve lost of consequence is KCP. Think of it as a season ending injury prior to Game 1. We will be without him all season. What would we do in that circumstance? Next man up. We haven’t even collected all the men who will be the next ones up yet, so how can we do a postmortem on this team now? I think we are a 4/5 seed “as things stand now”, and clearly OKC and Minny and prolly Dallas are heads and shoulders ahead of rest of WC right now. But next April is a long ways away, and things will stand differently then than they do “right now”.
We aren’t winning another chip in Jokic era as things stand right now. We don’t have the horses. Well, Jokic does, but we don’t! So what. This is supposed to be fun and entertainment. I never expected to see a Nuggets championship in my life and we just did, a mere 13 months ago. So WTF do I know? And WTF do all you know? We know nothing, except that we lost a key guy for this upcoming season and postseason. That’s all.

Starting to wonder if Murray is just going to finish his contract then leave. I think that's crazy on Murray's end cause he could get injured, especially considering his history but things aren't adding up.
