Would be cool if we had picks to attach to MPJ to flip him for Markannen but unfortunately Calvin has traded every single asset that we have. It's so upsetting that this dogshit organization is going to waste an all time great, generational players prime. The young guys should be considered assets at least |

It’s over, guys. Relax and accept the fact the Nuggets no longer have the best team in franchise history. Yeah, we won 57 games with KCP, and probably can win 50-52 without him. But the days of us being a top championship contender are over, and not coming back. Keep your sanity and accept. Nuggets basketball will still be fun to watch and follow, even if our ceiling in remaining Jokic era is WCF team. It’s still beautiful basketball with him, Murray, two man game. And who knows, maybe Watson really is a future AllStar?! I'm the most pessimistic fan on the planet regarding this team right now (because of Murray/MPJ) but at the end of the day as long as the Nuggets have Jokic they are a title contender and the window is open. Here were KCPs playoff numbers this year: 8/2.9/2.5 on 40/32 shooting splits. We have to stop pretending like KCP was this elite role player. He got eaten alive by Ant and is really just valuable against smaller guards. Here are the top teams in the West: Oklahoma City, Minnesota and Dallas. You could put KCP on Kyrie but outside of that he has no value defensively in those series because the tough matchups are guys he gets absolutely obliterated by. Shai cooked him. Ant cooked him. Booker cooked him last year. KCP is phenomenal against guys like Steph who move off the ball. He's a very good defender and a good player but I think people are blowing this loss way too out of proportion. CB is a really good player and while you lose shooting/spacing you're going to add cutting, rebounding and energy. Also he has the best #s on the team with Jokic and has been outstanding with him for his 2 year career. Strawther has to make a jump and we need to land a solid player with our TPMLE. At the end of the day the Nuggets didn't beat the T Wolves and win a Championship because of Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr. KCP being on the team vs not being on the team doesn't change that and he doesn't move the needle. Murray/MPJ have to get their s**t together. |

Zeke is on our team? I thought we traded him last year. At least everyone told me we will. Now, if there is no under the table deal with Hornets, when people see that we added 3 second round picks just to get rid of Reggie, they would ask our 2031 first round (they only asset we have) to take Zeke lol...

When we won the title we had 6 quality playoff players in rotation. This year Celtics had 6 quality playoff players. We had 5. This year we are going to have 4.
Watching hoops colective. They are calling out our front office left and right, especially Zeke, Jamal and MPJ contracts lol.

I can't believe that we're keeping mpj. He should be #1 on the trade block. Before Zeke What would any team offer for mpj, a guy who lacks any type of consistency in his shot? Maybe three of those guys with wet mops who get after the wet areas after a player falls on the floor. That's about all they could get for that chump. |
