22 mill per isn't as bad as I thought it'd be, but still a lot for KCP. Kinda surprised we didn't match that, but I guess we'll see who they get to replace him. Someone making no more than $5 mill a year likely. We got worse. Bottom line.

Seems like there’s a team option for the 3rd year. I’d say match it and keep him. Basically an expensive 2 yr deal and we avoid paying for his 34 yr old season Crazy how we are the only team that gives out player options. Amateur front office. We just extended kcp last summer and now he’s gone because of player options.

Pickett and Tyson for Russ and MLE on Gary? Thought the MLE would be used to absorb Russ contract I wonder if the TPE we got from Reggie could be used to trade for Russ. I imagine the number has to be pretty close since they signed the same deal last summer.

The dynasty never had a chance. I’ll be amazed if we ever even make it back to the finals Almost like booth hadn’t looked into our situation when talking about his dynasty plan Yup. He got us a title and is going to sit back and pat himself on the back for a job well done Except the nba doesn’t end. I hope in the post jokic era we get an actual real front office. Can’t remember the last time we had one. Bearup and wark?

Called it months ago as his price tag was simply too high for KSE going into the 2nd apron. Now let's see what Calvin can do with tax payer MLE for a scoring wing off the bench. He won’t do anything “We have strawther who we are really high on. We feel he’s better than any free agent out there”

22 million per is too much for KCP at his age. Love the guy, but we can't match that and stay under the 2nd apron without dumping another big contract.

I know they said to let Calvin cook but so far, I do not like the course he is prepping.

Lets just use our heads here.
Why would KCP leave the Nuggets if they offered him the same deal as Orlando? Like give me a logical reason. There is none.
They offered more and Denver is doing the typical BS to try and save face with their cheapness.

Yeah I just looked at the Zeke contract again, why the f**k is it so looooong Because Booth Cost controlled >>> talent Last two years of the nnaji deal should have been team option

Because Booth Cost controlled >>> talent Last two years of the nnaji deal should have been team option No, they shouldn't have offered him a deal at all.

Last two years of the nnaji deal should have been team option No, they shouldn't have offered him a deal at all. Agreed. All the Nuggets do is give guys deals they haven't earned. Only guys who really deserved the extensions they got are Jokic and AG. It's very f***ing annoying.
