Another game where the typical suspects give Jokic zero blame even though he was complete s**t. I swear nobody on here grades this guy like ANY OTHER HUMAN BEING has ever graded an all time great. It's f***ing pathetic. If this was Lebron every single show would be killing him tomorrow. Jokic played bad, horrible game but still the best Nugget tonight. The problem is when a bench player, that wasn't supposed to play in PO's outperforms your 2 max players badly lol The problem is health really. The Nuggets have no chance when Murray is unplayable as is KCP. There's just nothing they can do. The entire team is built around that 2 man game and it doesn't work when 1 of those guys is immobile. I just wish Jokic would have played with more fire/energy. Could have rubbed off on the team. He has had the body language of a guy who knows this team doesn't have what it takes to win it all. And he's obviously right. But you can't show that.

Wolves packing the paint makes it hard on Jokic. We don’t have enough shooting to force Minny to play the perimeter. Murray is cooked. Didn’t look right against s**t defender DLo and AR in last series, and now we see what he can do against elite defenders. He should have been shut down for game 1.

In a very important game, from 2 max players, we got 17 points on 23%fg (lol) and 4 assists vs 8 TO's (lol). 17 points on fuc*ing 30 shots The whole team played like s**t. Jokic was f***ing terrible and does not care. His body language is atrocious. This team was never beating Minnesota. Even at full strength they were probably losing this series. Minnesota is built nearly perfectly for the modern NBA. I actually agree with this alot. I'm not sure BOS or OKC/DAL will give them many fits either. But then they'll have to deal with the apron which may compromise them some.

AG a team worst -33. Back to back games where he's been the worst +/-. Just an interesting stat considering box score wise he was the best Nugget and only one to shoot over 50% besides Holiday.

After we are eliminated, the backstories will come out.
We will learn we weren’t nearly as healthy as we were in 2023.

if I told you guys during the Shawful years that we would soon beat the Lakers twice in the playoffs and win a championship within a calendar year, you wouldn't have believed it. focus on the good times, as the great Tony Soprano said. I’ve gone through all 5 levels of grief tonight. I’m already at acceptance. I’m so grateful we won that title. It was literally our only shot. Never thought I’d see the day and it was for, by far, my favorite sports team. A million lions super bowls wouldn’t equal that one nba title. Game 5, the parade, the rally, the ring ceremony - I’ll never forget these moments. I don’t know what the future holds. I can’t see them tearing this mess down and starting over but it’s clear they peaked awhile ago. I guess we will be like the bucks. Sorta good for a couple more years but clearly not a contender.

And he's obviously right. But you can't show that. Jokic definitely could have done more. But in game one, because Murray was the worst Nugget on the floor in the first half, he just got burnt by playing at both ends and his defense fell off the cliff in the second half. Tonight Murray again was the worst Nugget in the first half. He scored 2 points on 1 for 10 shooting and that was a white flag for Jokic. Nuggets can't win when Murray plays like this. Last year we lost a game in Phoenix with Jokic scoring 50 points on 60%fg because Murray sucked like in the last 2 games. If Murray is not the second best Nugget, Nuggets lose. Murray is taking the most amount of shots and at a bare minimum for him is to be the second best Nugget. Anything less=loss

When you find out how many of our guys were playing hurt in this postseason, you’ll realize we could still make a deep playoff run if healthier next year. But Calvin needs a bench scorer and backup C. Doubt Straw or Tyson will turn into that scorer, but we do get Cancar back. Booth has work to do.

Mares (Jokics #1 fan) killing Jokic again for having games where he simply doesn't care. Love the DNVR guys because they realize everything Nuggets starts with Jokic.

This year would be absolutely painful knowing one more year of jokic wasted But that 2023 title is ours.

Jokic basically shrugging his shoulders and going out with a whimper is going to stick with me for awhile. Never thought I'd see it.

Good to see some of you guys coming around to what I've been saying all postseason long. Easy to kick Murray when he's down (and he's been f***ing atrocious) but you can never question Murrays heart or how hard he plays.

guys, can we stop Murray/Jokic blaming game?! they were both terrible tonight. Wolves are playing with much more energy, and Nuggets are flat, and instead adjusting to whistle, they are arguing with referees.
Jokic has to carry this team, and he isn't. I'm getting his frustration. He isn't getting ball where he needs to, so he has to work extra hard just to get into position to attack. Jamal is frustrated cause Wolves are attacking him and work with hands while he is dribbling, and referees are allowing that. Nuggets on other side are using their hands in shooting motion, thus being called for fouls on lesser contacts. But you have to adjust on it, not cry about it. Nuggets came up with few steals when they were active on Wolves dribbles, and even if that is not your bread and butter, you have to adjust!
and I understand Malone's obsession with experience players, but for f**k sake CB has been our best player in these two games, he has to play! him and Justin Holiday are the only ones showing some life. yes, I get it, you trust your starters, blah blah blah... well, let me tell you something, starters are looking like s**t. get Holiday and CB in with Jokic, MPJ and KCP/Reggie and look how things are changing. AG is just not effective out there, and Jamal is despite his fighting spirit worst player on the court. and its not his offense, its his defense. with him and Jokic out there, Wolves are getting every look they want. we need to adjust, even if that means playing Jamal less.

I take issue with your whole schtick and how you cope by going full 'I told all you guys...' Even now...I say something that you agree with and it's because 'I'm coming around to YOUR point of view'. It's a bit exhausting.

Guys, we are fighting amongst ourselves too much. We all want the nuggets to win even if we don’t agree on everything.
We got it last year but this wasn’t our year.
As Lebron said, “it’s just basketball”
Love you all

As Lebron said, “it’s just basketball” Love you all Ring needs to simmer down with his internal battle of being a Nuggets fan fighting the Jokic fans here. Everyone enjoys Nuggets in different ways. He’s on a mission to fight the Jokicstans, and it’s tiresome to read.

I think a lot of us saw that we might lose this series. But I never thought I'd see this team go charmin soft when they got pushed against the wall. If we lost a tough long series to this team, we go in to next year feeling about the same about the Nuggets. This looks like a sweep where we got embarrassed at home, lost composure as a group, and either won't or can't play physical basketball. Team is going to need to prove some things early next season and Booth's honeymoon is f***ing over.
DNVR guys saying Jamal left the arena without addressing the media for the second game in a row. Murray going full Devin Booker on the pouting scale.

A guy who came back successfully from ACL surgery, but the leg problems resurfaced and and he had surgery on another part of his lower body, his foot. Murray definitely could be someone to look at trading before his body betrays him again.
