Chuck and Shaq were cracking up laughing uncontrollably, and Kenny was trying to not reveal the joke they were laughing about. But Chuck gave a clue when he motioned as if he was wheeling his own wheel chair, then saying “I’m just adjusting my chair!”
Clearly, they were cracking up about an off-camera joke about AD. Smart of them not to say what it was.

So the official story according to Haynes is that AD needed help standing up and needed a wheelchair to get around, but doesn't have a concussion. Those two statements seem at odds. Sounds like the NBA is just going to look the other way and let a concussed player play in game 6.

Good chance the Lakers-Warriors series goes 7 games (depending on AD's injury)
Go Warriors for game 6

Good chance the Lakers-Warriors series goes 7 games (depending on AD's injury) Go Warriors for game 6 The longer that series goes the better, force those teams to play as many games as possible. Hopefully we can take care of business tonight and then hope that lakers or warriors has to grind out two more games.

Dubs were harmed by Looney’s illness, which took him out of starting lineup and made him less impactful when he did play his limited minutes. Dubs better hope he’s at full strength and able to start tonight. They will need every one of his 15-23 rebounds and giving his shooters second and third opportunities if Dubs wish to make this a long series. Having watched a lot of the Warriors over the past couple of weeks, I’ve come to see Looney as their 2nd or 3rd most important player now — on par with Green. Without him they are too small and vulnerable inside to win.

It was also pretty obvious that Lebron aggravated his foot injury. Watching the Lakers-Warriors series is fun but also quite a conundrum for me as a Nugget fan in terms of rooting interest, beyond just wanting the series to go 7.

streamable.com/0hbfhqtwice by your Denver Nuggets. RJ has been utterly fantastic during the Knicks run by the way. more consistent than Mr. Max Randle and MPJ, for that matter - which I enjoy pointing out since I was recently lambasted for suggested we make that trade earlier in the season. my eye for reclamation projects remains elite.

RJ against Cleveland: 17.4/4/3 on 44/25/75 RJ against Miami: 23/5/3 on 46.5/41
MPJ against Minnesota: 16.4/8/1 on 49/42 shooting MPJ against Phoenix: 13.4/7.4/2 on 46.3/42.4 shooting
So RJ just gets a lot more shot opportunities and him thriving in a series is basically equivalent to MPJs baseline.
Yeah...I'd much rather have MPJ. If the Nuggets made an effort to make MPJ a part of the offense, he'd be an efficient 20 PPG player with ease.

I’d rather MPJ just due to the upside but I don’t think wanting to move him for Barrett was ridiculous and if your being honest 3 years from now depending on how MPJ health plays out could end up being a much smarter/less risky trade off.
I don’t know who it was but the Simmons for MPJ trade was the only truly silly one. It would have destroyed the Nuggets offense. Would have honestly ruined everything.

You can say that about literally anyone you'd get in return though. Like if MPJ doesn't stay healthy, any average player would be worth the trade.

I'd rather MPJ for this run than an average player for 3 more runs. I'd rather roll the dice on MPJ than trade him for an average player or a brutal fit like Simmons. I'd personally roll the dice on MPJ over Barrett but I can understand the logic behind wanting to make that trade. If MPJ goes down and you missed out on an average player(who would need to have a shitty contract himself) than I don't think anybody really cares because your fucked regardless. If MPJ goes down and you miss out on the swap for Barrett than that stings alot more IMO. MPJ getting hurt/Simmons/average player etc. = fucked no matter what. With Barret you'd still have that 3rd option just IMO MPJ is a better fit.

C'mon Philly. Don't let this series get back to Boston.

C'mon Philly. Don't let this series get back to Boston. Why do we care who wins this? The only thing I can think of is I want Boston/Philly to go 7 so it gives Miami a slightly better chance of winning So in case we get to the finals we get homecourt

I want Boston gone because I consider them a more legitimate threat to us.
