I wonder if there’s a chance to get Finch back from NOLA as an assistant once they got rid of AD

Got to feel bad for Luke Walton tho..
From the start of this season, LeBron and his reps have undermined him or allowed reports of LeBron's indifference towards Luke to leak.
Luke said LeBron looked good to play a couple of days ago only to get shut down by LeBron's team saying that he would be out but he ended up making his "heroic" and "surprise" return anyways against the Clippers.
According to Lisa Salters, Luke didn't find out that LeBron wouldn't be playing against GSW until the bus ride to Oracle. Lakers management, Bron's reps and even the players seem to be doing everything possible to fellate LeBron.
Poor Luke Walton. Never had a chance in LA once LePuss signed.

I don't like Luke Walton as a coach, but I also don't like the way LeBron's camp pushes their narrative. As if there's any coach in the league who could get that ragtag group to play together consistently by 50 games into the season and with key players in and out of the lineup.

early this season it looked like the East might actually be pretty decent, like the race for 8/9 in the east would require a team to at least be .500 and... nope. The 8th seed is probably gonna squeak in with 36 wins in the east, and it'll take 45 wins in the west.

Bill Walton is the GOAT so love Luke too.
This Is Game Of Thrones, people. Agents and owners and fighting for control of the league. It is so fun to watch, but the owners need to put their foot down or abdicate the throne.
If I'm Pels, I call up Magic and tell him we'll do the trade but we're asking for you as well. You are going to come into this office and be the sell-out we all know you are from your Rent-A-Center days. for the remainder of your contract, you will report to a windowless office at 5am sharp every morning. You will be required to visit all day long with your new assistant, Nancy Grace, who we have placed on some interesting medication perhaps making her a little less sunny.

I knew it and didn’t even look it up... it’s just telling because rock didn’t call us cursed or predicting an incoming 5th seed in 3 games

OKC ain't gonna fade.
Too strong defensively and George is on another level this year.
Nothing that they're doing is a fluke.

Seems likely the Lakers get in. Clippers feel most likely to fade, but they've hung tough all year.
I'm here for the Lakers missing the playoffs this year. Would be amazing.
