Honestly makes me feel more confident this year that our biggest weakness can really exist for any team outside of the Rangers/Boston. Goaltending truly is in the gutter right now.

Lots of teams have questionable goaltending, but the Avs have proven already that they can win a Cup with questionable goaltending. The 2022 Cup came with the backup playing 6 games and the already mediocre starter playing with a severe eye injury for most of the run.
Avs have the best defensive top 6 by a large margin, just like they did two years ago. To have a guy like Sean Walker on their third pairing compared to Ceci and Nurse in Edmonton, it's night and day.

The difference being the Avs haven't had a home game yet this series and Dallas could possibly be the best opponent they'll face in this postseason. Whichever teams comes out of this series is going to smoke the Vancouver/Edmonton winner.

Random Thought: The NBA helped us tremendously by fining Jamal instead of suspending him. The fine was huge, even for him. Ten times more than the former president of the United States paid for far more serious crimes. Or they could suspend him. "Hurts" the player. Doesn't hurt the team. Helps it, in fact.
Perhaps we'ved inched our way up from the bottom of the league in respect.
Or, it could all come crashing down, with commentary of renewed subterfuge.
