It's interesting that LK stepped up while JR and Birdman have sort of regressed this series. I hope they start to pull it together, especially JR... You can see it, even in his post-game. GK is an absolute mess right now. he can't handle this moment. Definite flaws in his leadership. Chauncey is our coach, our brain and our mental toughness. We draw from him and we are becoming him-- if not already.

Im so proud of the way this team battled back in the second quarter, they could of gave up and say f**k it but they didn't and even won the game late. Klieza deserves some credit tonight, without him it would of been tough to get back in the game since he made some big shots to help melo out in the second.
After a pretty quite game chauncey came up big in the second half, him and melo willed this team to victory.
I think i heard the espn guy's said that melo told karl to take carter out and he will guard kobe, if that's true then there's some leadership there, ac was getting killed by kobe and when that substitution happened we got back into the game.
Could of been 2-0 but i'll settle for 1-1, all we asked for is to take one and nugs did now it's time to take both game in denver.

I think we've already put some doubt in their minds. They still have the mindset of being the best road team in the league, which they have been, so if the Nuggets could lay it on them in a big way in game 3, I think they might start second guessing themselves. Kobe already likes to point fingers when they lose. Yeah let's not get ahead of anything. All the Nuggets did in the final accounting was take homecourt and return the favor of a semi stolen game. The first is the most important aspect, but I don't think we've shaken even this fragile psyche. Not with the fallback of being a good road team, Kobe, Phil, and all that crap. Win at home makes that well known scuff into a tiny crack.

This is it. We did it. I was depressed before and during the first quarter of this game. Oh my f***ing god.
I started drinking early and now I am in Nirvana.

Kleiza for as bad as he's been really showed up tonight, i was shocked but loved it. Also loved how little Anthony Carter played, exactly the minutes a backup PG should be playing. I was a little confused the lineup of a big plus lk, jr, chauncey, and Melo brought us back in both the second and late third quarters, and the lakers never knew what to do with it. When houston went small it drove the lakers nuts too. So why not stick with it? Hopefully they see that on tape and try some different looks saturday.

Kobe already likes to point fingers when they lose. I don't see anything that resembles that sort of confidence in the Lakers on the road. If we attack relentlessly against them it will turn into a Kobe unraveling show eventually. I was railed on this board a month or two ago for bablling about the Laker psyche-- well it's pretty clear who the tougher minded team is. The Lakers have the toughest minded player to a point-- but if we continue to punish them-- he will break as well. I think we need to beat them one more time, convincingly, with the other players at fault wasting a Kobe showcase and we will rattle them.

Karl pulled off LK for his boy AC and Melo told him to keep LK. George did. He then promptly subbed LK in the next dead ball.

I just said they now have some doubts, which does not necessarily mean we are going to win easily both games. Obviously, game 3 will be a must-win for both. What a great series so far.

LK finally getting a few touches and minutes tonight... what was that near the end of the half where the announcers were talking about Melo and it sounded like they said he asked for LK to come in? I just came in from a work function and didn't get to hear it all.

The Nugs should be able to take game 2, unless AC is in the game during the final two minutes. Ha! I was right! AC plays six minutes and the Nugs get a W!

So many people have been hard on LK in here of late but he honestly hasn't even hardly touched the ball (or gotten any type of minutes) during this year's playoffs. Hopefully, he will get the opportunities and go straight red hot over the next few weeks all the way through the NBA Finals.

Win at home makes that well known scuff into a tiny crack. We haven't done s**t yet. But here is where my confidence has always lied. We are mentally strong enough to force any team we play to BEAT us. The Lakers have yet to beat a team in the playoffs the last 2 years (they have all laid down-- and the Rockets were simply too overmatched). Kobe is great enough to will his team to wins on the road late. And Fisher is likely to bounce back and hit some bigones. But if we stay on the gas peddle, I am very confident we make it to the finals.

Might be some danger the other way with Kleiza on D, but at least for this game it was killer and until they can beat it I would like to see more of it (and highlights what a shooting big might do for this team)

To be fair tho, LK has played like crap up until today. I hope he can maintain this play because JR has looked off this series.
Well, at least the players are trying to keep Karl in check.
