How can you be not concerned at all when this team has 2 injury prone max players (one of them is a one trick pony) 2 great role players and bunch of green kids and washed vets...
You better pray that both Jamal and MPJ are healthy and are hitting on all cylinders, because the moment Jokic is off the floor we are fucked. There is no Bruce Brown and West is way better this year while we are worse than we were last year.

3 seed is going to be the reason this team doesn't win a ring. People can pretend like home court doesn't matter but it does, and it's really important. A f***ing shame. That's going to be the last reason. The first reason will be tired Jokic for nothing. Fuc*ing losers should start resting Jokic from tonight as the top 4 seed is secured and nothing else beside Murray matters Jokic is only having 1 more MPG than last season thankfully. Going to play more games though. The good sign is that he clearly has turned it on lately and is playing at a 3X MVP level.

They don't control their own destiny for the 1 or 2. There's nothing they can do if OKC wins out and Minnesota wins all of their games left except the Denver game. There are major concerns this year. Our bench PG is horrific. We have a major question mark as our 8th man. KCP/MPJ are much streakier/inconsistent than last year. And the West is just much better this year than it was last. I'll never bet against playoff Murray/Jokic though. But this is another one of those games that the Nuggets really should have won but didn't due to really dumb mental mistakes. Just like the Phoenix loss. Just like the Dallas loss. When was the last time we won a clutch game against a good team Barely hanging on to beat the spurs at home doesn’t count This team is second round at best. I laugh when other fans call us the team to beat. We have less than 25% chance in almost any west series. This team just doesn’t have it. Is it simply missing brown and green? I dunno. But this year is just different. I’m so glad we won our title last yeae That was our chance. Our only chance. And thank god we got it. Lol rock's sky is falling routine always cheers me up after a bad loss.

I never consider a championship as likely for the Nuggets, as great as Jokic/Murray are in postseason. Last year was a perfect storm in a good way. Especially with team health.
This postseason we aren’t likely to be as lucky with health as last time. I give us about a 1 in 50 chance of repeating, bench weakness or not.

Booth with project dynasty will waste another prime year that Jokic has. Last year Reggie wasn't in a rotation. Now he is the 6th man. That is an epic drop off talent
Yup. I don’t know if it’s all on booth or denver really is the worst free agent destination in the league. Even Minnesota can sign guys We don’t even have average depth. I swear the Brian Shaw teams had more playable players than we do.

Murray and Jokic. They've lost 2 series in their lifetime. One against the Champion Lakers. The other in their first ever playoffs in 7 games.
I'll take my chances.

I think that the 7th seed will be either Pels or Kings. I would rather be 2 seed in that scenario, then face young OKC in the 2nd round, then whoever survived that war in the 1/4/5/8 bracket.

just stay healthy. I hope this stretch is Exhibit Z as to why Jamal Murray is an extremely important basketball player for the Nuggets. but for some unknown reason, I have to reaffirm that fact here every season. I've never questioned that he's not good. I've questioned his durability. For what we are paying him je needs to be more available . A big reason we aren't going to be the 1 seed is his last 7 missed games.

He's playing them with the losers where he spends much more energy than the last year. Last year he started boycotting the mvp race and started pacing himself plus he got almost 2 weeks off as #1 seed was secured. If we don't start resting him from now on, he's not going to be at mvp level in PO's, book this

Our window is not as big as people may think. That's why moving on from MPJ (one less injury prone guy) for a guy like DFS and Schroeder (to give Jamal legit backup minutes) is crucial this summer imo.

Will Jamal be 100% the the PO starts or wil he take 5-6 games like last year?
