The grammar/spelling on this board has been ridiculously bad lately Now I know that some of you guys are foreign and English is your 2nd language so Ill let you slide, but some of you American guys seriously need to take an English class. For example samparks, I dont know about you guys but I cant read a single post of his with out saying "What the hell is this guy talking about?". Rock isnt there something you could do, like send new members through a 7th grade English course before they can post?

um, all i can say is deal with it - this is the INTERNET. what did you expect? this isnt a school. plus correcting grammar and spelling online is considered poor netiquette and kinda lame at the same time. if a post is spelled so poorly that you cannot comprehend it, then maybe you shouldnt read it at all. i mean, does that bother you THAT MUCH?  besides, its not like your posts are exactly perfect  |

im a very good speller and englisher. grammerer. What do these people call themselves? spellist. somebody help me. spellmister. is that it, spellmatetician. englisher. spellaraze. I dont know i really dont. Plus the only reason i appear to have mispelled a word is because the keys on my keyboard are like all close together. see look: i can spell ummm... gigantic, uh gargoyle, orthopadist, herbevore. you knwo im really a good speller

I resent the implication that all who post here are illiterate fools. The Koolaidman and I attempt to maintain a certain level of sophistication and erudition worthy of a Denver Nuggets board. With each assault on the orthodoxies of English grammar, you bring shame upon Nuggets' fans everywhere. Unless you want blood on your collective hands, stop the madness before we both commit seppuku. Perhaps we can set up an editing board where posts in progress can be examined for correctness before we allow them the honor of official display. Fear not - we are not censors. No matter how stupid the contents, they will not be touched. However, an apostrophe or comma out of place will cause us to strike quickly.
