simple. after you hit reply, you will see above all the smilies a picture frame box (2nd row, 4th from left, under the S box)...click on that and where it says URL, replace it with the address of the picture (make sure it hosted online).

Well it's a custom picture I made and I don't know how to get it on the web. It's of the Nuggets new jerseys based on hearsay and I just wanted people on here to see it. Maybe I could just e-mail it to you so that you can post it?
