New members are few and far bettwen, so take that tacky bulletin away. Make a new section for it if you must, but it's really taking away from the rest of the board.

No, but the fact that it's on the top ruins the rest. You have to see that s**t before you see the next updated topic. You anally have to tack that s**t up top to get your point across cuz you know nobody would read it otherwise. The board is okay, but the rules are gay, throw them away, whata ya say?

i dont give a s**t that you get upset over minor things. it doesnt ruin the board in anyway and its no big deal.
