looks like we face 14 teams on b2b's, and 4 of those games both teams are b2b, if x.com/HarrisonWind/status/1824218701656363446 is accurate. 10 games with rest advantage, 12 with disadvantage, and supposedly the league's easiest SOS (but that's probably also presuming Memphis is an "easy" team etc.)

There are 15 different formulas and many just look at opponents winning percentage from last season (like you said, Memphis).
