being the Skip Bayless to Joker's Bron is certainly getting Nick Wrong that engagement he's after.
but I don't mind Nick and he's the one talking head I actually find entertaining, if we're being honest. he's a troll, but an intelligent troll that's capable of presenting an argument (no matter how ridiculous) in a calm and convincing manner, unlike certain individuals employed at ESPN. and his chemistry with Chris Broussard is leagues better than anything going on at that clown show.

Reggie Jackson has won 17 straight against the Lakers. At this point he's claiming them on his tax return.

Hopefully Jamal is getting all his bad shooting games out of the way vs this shitty Lakers team. But seriously, 37% FG and 25% from three against D-Lo and Gabe Vincent is concerning when he likely has McDaniels and NAW waiting for him in round 2.

Not saying this is the case, but Murray is the kind of player to step his game down against lesser opponents

Nugs are just in their own heads jump shooting right now. Concern level is low. The shots will start to fall.

AG is averaging 18/11/4 on 56% FG and 92% FT
MPJ is averaging 20/9/1 on 55% FG and 48% 3pt
MVPs of the series so far, IMO. And yeah sure, Jokic is averaging 28/16/9 on 64/38/88 shooting, but whatever.

Listen we're surviving this series but the Nuggets are absolutely not beating Minnesota if Murray doesn't get his head out of his ass. Just an atrociously poor series for him. I’m honestly concerned. Our guys don’t look engaged at all - lol. It’s almost like they’re just not taking the lakers seriously. We’re playing 70% to our potential right now. I’m going to assume this is because our guys are just unfocused. I’m worried that our guys might be tired - but again - I think our guys are trying to close out the lakers with the most minimal effort possible lol. As other are saying above tho - I do think that “second gear” will kick on once the ball tips against the TWolves. And while the TWolves have concerned me for a year - they’re just not conditioned well. If we close out game 4, I do expect us to put away the wolves, thanks to generous rest.

Just an atrociously poor series for him. 100% agree, but that series will be even more difficult as they will put McDaniels on him. McDaniels has made Bpoker and KD look pedestrian. Possibly best wing/guard defender in the league ATM.

First Things First really is a great show. It's by far the best of that show type. I like Nick too. At least he admitted he was wrong.

I hope we can close tomorrow. The guys are still not looking tired but any day of rest in any given week during PO's creates a huge advantage in every game. Jokic played below 40mins last night and didn't look particularly engaged in attacking basket which was great considering that we pulled out a win. If last night's game strategy came from Malone to have Gordon bury the Lakers it was a pure masterpiece

Wright is very entertaining. I started watching First Things First a while back with the expectation that he’d annoy the hell out of me. I actually find him much more interesting to listen to than the local hacks like Vic Lombardi who bring him on their show just to argue with him. His Lebron fandom is obvious…but at least it’s above board and he basically admits he roots for him. Bayless and Keyshawn on the other hand…anre exactly as horrible as you might expect on a daily basis.
