Nugs defensive box plus minus ("replacement level" is -0.2): Jokic: 4.2 Key: 1.4 Holiday: 0.9 Caldwell-Pope: 0.8 Watson: 0.6 Gillespie: 0.6 Nnaji: 0.1 Gordon: 0.0 Jordan: -0.1 Braun: -0.2 Huff: -0.4 Murray: -0.5 Pickett: -1.0 Porter: -1.1 Strawther: -1.2 Jackson: -1.4 Tyson: -3.0 Wow, Jokic should be first team All-Defensive. He’s way ahead of KCP, after all, who is being touted as all-defense.

How do they calculate steal and block percentage?

How do they calculate steal and block percentage? Steal percentage is the percentage of opponents' possessions that end in a steal for the player in question while he was on the floor. Block percentage is the percentage of opponents' field goal attempts that end with a blocked shot for the player in question while he was on the floor. So 2.7% of all opponent possessions with Gillespie on the floor end in a Gillespie steal. 6% of field goal attempts with Zeke on the floor end in a Zeke block.

This is seemingly a new skill Zeke developed this year. He never had this sort of block % in the past. He’s on his annual injury sabbatical now, so he won’t be able hone his other many skills before the postseason. 😉

Haven't heard anyone insist that Gillespie is "too small" to defend recently.
By no means is he or will he ever be Jrue Holiday on that end, but his IQ and his mobility and his hand speed make him a serviceable player.

big fan of CG.
CG is everything Facu Tim and his stans hyped him up to be (and more) which is why I have and will continue to call him Facu Gillespie.

Beal says he thinks he'll play tomorrow, Nurkic didn't practice though.

If it can be connived - just shut it down now, and let the TWolves get the 1st seed. OKC is going to flame out - too brutal of a schedule.
Take the second seed, and the bracket that includes OKC in the second round.
There's two threats to us - the Pels and the TWolves. Let them beat the f**k out of each other in round 2.

CJM 0 for 6 so far. Pels will allow over 70pts in the first half. Losers

It's laughable to think the Pels would be a threat to the Nuggets in the playoffs.
Jokic would cook those clowns.

Pels up 3 with 4:24 to go. It's probably just because of the MVP race and idiots in the media like Shaq overrating him and saying he's the MVP but man I'm not an SGA guy at all. He's just like Tatum. There are levels to the NBA.
Jokic Giannis Embiid/Luka
Tatum/SGA

What a f***ing joke. Need Houston to beat OKC tomorrow. More importantly need the Nuggets to take care of business.
