I don't like this. our offense is pathetic. defense isn't much better, but we got lucky in second half of second quarter, they missed some shots. but main problem is offense. too many missed threes and turnovers. Jamal needs to hit some shots, and MPJ needs to be better. 3 fouls and bad defense are not gonna cut it. I don't know how we can turn around this one. I really don't. Lakers are simply playing better. Yeah, hate to say I feel the same way. Phoenix game 2 was similar score wise at half, but felt different. Lakers should probably be up double digits. |

Just a observation but I wouldn't guard Vanderbilt in the half court. The fact that the Nuggets were is an absolute joke.

Nut sure how to feel. Defense was really bad at times. Got lucky with AD/LeBron struggling. Hachimura didn't miss anything, Murray was brutal, KCP/MPJ foul trouble. Missing Jokic inside by Murray was tough to watch. Whistle didn't go your way at all in the first half and likely won't in the 2nd. Nuggets just need to hit the good looks. Can't lose the 3 point battle with L.A with the kinda look you get from deep. Murray can't take 8 3s, most of them wide open and only hit 2. I wanna say he missed his last 6 to end the half too. Pretty sure he hit his first 2 or 2 of his last 3. The thing that pissed me off the most is he was just chucking deep ones too. We're in the f***ing WCF. Play through Jokic. We are gonna sink or swim with Jamal “I am sometimes a star, sometimes not” Murray. |

He hunts the momentum 3's way too much. We always talk about how Murray lives off tough shots which is true to an extent but the key for him is just hitting the easy looks when he actually gets them. Goes for the whole team. Nuggets generate alot of good looks from deep. You need to knock them down at a better clip than L.A. |
