This is the big test for the Nuggets. Never been up 2-0 in a series before. Never have had the opportunity to go up 3-0. Never have had a series go less than 6 games.
It's time. When you look at the minutes the Suns top guys are logging, you absolutely have to go into that series with as fresh of legs as possible.

It's going to be very difficult to win 3 in a row against this reasonably talented Wolves team. their season is on the line and the Nuggets are feeling good right now. a win here would say a lot, but I'm not expecting it.

I think we got their best shot last game, specifically the 3rd quarter I anticipate Braun and Watson will guard Edwards for portions of the game and he will be limited Jokic triple-double incoming ... |

same s**t as first two games. keep the intensity, we win. this is playoffs, being more talented is not enough. you have to be more physical. as soon as you start messing around like we did in that third quarter, you lose.

I think the implication is that the Jokic-led Nuggets have never gone up 2-0 in a series, not that the franchise hasn't ever done it.

Not that it really matters lol And we were up 3-0 on Dallas before that 2-0 against Utah in '85. since 1980, Nuggets had 2-0 lead only 3 times, in two years. both times they went to conference finals. both times they lost conference finals to Lakers. if you add bubble Nuggets, I kind of want Lakers in the finals. time to slay the dragon ! only thing is, I doubt Lakers will make finals. |

Wolves are MORE dangerous if one of their two centers are out. They might be forced to, you know, put an actual basketball team on the court.
