Would you rather play Dallas/OKC in Round 1 or Houston/Utah? Houston would be a nightmare for this team on the defensive end. We go as far as Jokic takes us and him getting the Houston matchup is like a guaranteed historic GOAT performance. And a loss because 3 points is greater than 2.

What's the point of seeding again? Would you rather play Dallas/OKC in Round 1 or Houston/Utah? Houston would be a nightmare for this team on the defensive end. I just don't wanna play Dallas in 1st round. I am scared of their outside shooting. I think that we can win a series vs Utah/OKC/Houston, but i don't like how we matchup vs Dallas. My only wish is to have Murray/Barton or Garris/MPJ/Grant/Jokic starting lineup come PO time healthy and ready to go with Monte/Daniels/Barton/Millsap bench. No Plumdog, Craig only for specific D here and there and that's it. Give me that starting/bench units and i am not worried about any of those 4 teams in 1st round. When it comes to possible 2nd round LAC/LAL i would rather play vs Lakers, they are awful on D, especially on perimeter, with those lineups above, we would at least have a chance or at least a tough out. vs LAC? 4-0;4-1 at best.

Jokic with 30/12/10 and 10/21 from the field and we are talking about how he lost his touch/shot. Man he spoiled me/us.

His 3PT% is still below what he should have.

Nah we called a bunch of plays for him and they kept smothering him. Even on the game winner attempt he was the first option on that play. It's not unusual for players of MPJ's caliber. There use to just being forced the rock and dominating teams. Until your the franchise guy teammates aren't going to force the rock into you. He was pretty flawless today, but I think had he freed himself up more he could have got up 20-23 shots and had an even bigger day. 12-16 from the floor is ridiculously efficient, and you could tell Malone was going to let him do whatever he wanted on offense today. Either way huge game for him and Jokic. Basically the only way were winning games with the current roster. Yeah he has to do a better job at getting off of screens when guys put their body into him. He gets knocked off his spot too easily and that's the difference between a play happening and the offense breaking down. Pretty much. Especially with the current lineup. It'll come with time/experience too. Guy's like MPJ never had to learn any of that stuff in HS because of there physical ability/skill they didn't need to rely on set plays/screens etc. as much. If he can stay mostly healthy for the next 3-4 seasons straight I don't see how he doesn't become an All-Star caliber player. His all-around game is underrated. He's lost on defense in terms of mental lapses, but he's got the physical tools to make an impact there too. You've seen it all year where he'll get lost on 3-4 possessions, than make a splash play or two in a row on that end. Most players never reach there ceiling but his offensive talent is undeniable at this point.

Dozier is playing like a headless chicken...especially on D You can't expect much. He has less than 250 minutes of total NBA game experience, 1 minute in March and no basketball since then -- and was just cleared to play/practice 4 days ago. With Murray and Barton out, I'd be tempted to try Daniels at backup PG just because he's an experienced NBA guard and teams have to respect his shot. Anyway -- fun game. Jokic took over and won the game for us as he's done so many times. We're so lucky to have him.

Wasn't paying enough attention on the last play but looked to be a pretty good look in the end for Daniels? Nah he was the only player open. OKC defended that pretty well and Daniels had to throw up a prayer of a shot. Definitely not the look they were going for.

Welp first option was MPJ. Gotta get better at not getting knocked off his spot. Disagree, Grant was WIDE open for a lob after 2 secs The pass all the way over there would have been stolen. And if Daniels tried to kick it out the clock would have expired.

Side note. SGA has 5 fouls since 3rd quarter, with this whistle we had 0 plays drawn to post him down and attacking him 24/7 to get him out of the game. SGA is killing us on the other end... Obviously professional coaches know more than I do but I always wondered why you wouldn't go right after a player who has 5 fouls. Like, run every single play at that guy because he's either going to play soft knowing he's in trouble or he's going to foul out.

TAPIR IS THE REGULAR SEASON GOAT. I've seen tapirs in the wild, in South America, and they're actually kind of cool animals. Docile and awkward but friendly enough. They let you pet them. Just be careful because the piss everywhere. No manners.

As great as this win is hard not to worry about the missing players/rust/chemistry down the line. Awesome game tho. MPJ has been an awesome to watch today. His stroke is amazing. Only thing he really needs to work on is freeing himself up/getting open. He's absolutely smothered at times and his teammates won't force the ball in. I was glad to see him rebound. If he'd had been active on the glass against Miami it could have been a different story. Good game for him though. Perhaps he was pissed about his Miami performance and came out with some fire.

Such a big big win! We needed that.
Mpj - holy s**t what a game! Still seems lost on defense sometimes but unstoppable offensively today. Loved it!
Millsap has the quietest 17 Iāve ever seen. I thought he had like 4 today until I saw the box score
Jokic just a TD. No big deal.
And last, if I never have to listen to Michael cage again I will be very very happy. From the lame jokes to the incessant whining about the refs. Every call against okc he complained. Same call the other way, good call. Non stop complaining. Most were good calls too. Also he called jokic ānurkicā at least 8 times.
