when rock says 'they're getting everyone back next year' you check the injury chart and only see a guy named Jaylen Adams being back-to-back. I'm weak bro I meant a full year of nurkic and collins

mavs suck- that team might want to learn to play some D . but it cool they can score 149, 115 lol 0-2 you wouldnt trade rosters with them? we have very similar records right now so its not like we are much better than they are today. but down the line they are only going up. weve already peaked. Yeah we're not going to go well in the playoffs, all the good teams are basically good at 3pt shooting
Going to be a really ugly exit for us even if Jokic puts up historic numbers again

LeBron and AD are getting the title. I think the 4 months off followed by a 2 week warm-up mini-season before the playoffs is a huge benefit for teams built around older players who otherwise would probably be tiring after the grind of a normal long season: The Lakers with Lebron, OKC with Paul (who is usually getting hurt by May at the latest), the Rockets with Harden (who isn't that old but usually sucks in the playoffs because he plays such high usage ball all regular season), the Raptors with Lowry and Gasol and Ibaka. I'm not saying I'm picking those teams, just that this unusual playoff run gives them a boost over what I otherwise would expect from them. It's definitely a boost for the Lakers' chances, as Lebron's age/mileage is really too much now for him to be at his usual level in the 8th month of the season. And there's a much better chance Harden doesn't suck in the playoffs like he has his entire career (something that doesn't get discussed enough when people talk about his place in the basketball hierarchy). Everyone is surprised at the Raptors success -- and they deserve credit for sure -- but the national media is overlooking what an advantage 4 months off were for a team with key starters at ages 34 and 35.

the nets just beat the bucks. what the f**k I didn't see the game, but just noticed this about the box score: 108 three point attempts, which I think is a record, as I believe the previous record was 106 attempts in a Rockets/Nets OT game in January 2019. 23 of the 24 players who got into today's game got up at least 2 three point attempts.

There's a rumor that the Nets and Rockets are in the same hotel and they were chatting by the pool. Some Rockets players told them that the Bucks' strategy was to let teams shoot the 3, and if they do that, shoot it. And keep shooting it.
