Charlie Blackmon has announced his retirement. He had been the longest tenured player for the Rockies. He was drafted by the team in the 2nd round of the 2008 draft. He spent three years climbing through the minor leagues until his June 2011 debut. He spent his entire career with the team and made 4 All Star teams, won 2 Silver Slugger awards, 1 batting title, and 1 triples title. Seems likely he'll be the third player to have his number retired, after Walker's 33 and Helton's 17. Blackmon doesn't have a HOF resume like the former two, but he's every bit as deserving of the number retirement. A Rockie to his core. Was on only two winning teams in his fourteen seasons. Sad for him, and even sadder for Rockies fans.

We are on the brink of World War 3 (now that Israel and Lebanon are also fighting) and there are Americans who will still vote for Kamala. What a joke.
There was peace in the world, when Trump was President. Wake up people

I'm not even voting, dingus, and if I were it would be for Chase Oliver. You're so far up Trump's ass that you can't even conceive of the fact that the people who don't support him come from a wide variety of political affiliations and philosophical viewpoints. You'll find that in general a democratic socialist, a liberal, a neoconservative, and a libertarian have very few beliefs in common. But they all used vastly different value systems to come to the independent conclusion that Donald Trump is awful. Maybe reflect a bit on why that might be. I respect Fami for not voting

The soon-to-be-escalated war in the Middle East is a disaster in the making, and if it explodes as the election nears, WILL unfortunately have an adverse affect on both world stability and the election. We should have cut off Israel as soon as the first day of inhumane pagers went off. Not that the lunatic moron Trump could solve anything, but there might be enough lunatic moron voters to swing this thing to the lowest of the low. God forbid!

Remember the Iran hostage situation where Reagan people made a secret deal to have hostages held past the election to hurt Jimmy Carter and help his chances? Or the Vietnam war when Nixon campaign delayed peace process to help his election chances? We could be facing the same type of situation now, as itās rumored that when Trump had Netanyahu over at Mar A Lago recently, he pushed for Israel to keep war going if not escalate it in the fall to hurt Harris chances and help his own. No ceasefire yet, despite all common sense and Biden efforts to get both sides to agree to one. And despite all the protests in Tel Aviv, suggests to me that the fix is in between Bibi and The Donald. I still think Harris has got this, but October surprises happen. One thingās for sure. Bibi isnāt about to give Biden/Harris a victory by agreeing to any ceasefire. Heās working for himself and to get Trump elected.

Like Trump, Netty is trying to stay out of jail, so they're helping each other most likely.

With 5 games left in his MLB career, Blackmon has: 991 runs scored 798 runs batted in 1799 hits
Would be great to see him break 1000 runs, 800 RBI, and 1800 hits before the end. All 5 games are home games, make it the Charlie Blackmon show.

looks like I was right and Netanayhu was indeed planning on setting the region on fire right before the election so Trump can position himself as the "law and order" candidate that will "fix everything on day one". when in reality Trump has promised his donors he will let Netanayhu Gaza-fy the West Bank. so Biden and Harris provide Israel the weapons to commit a seemingly endless number of war crimes which has now extended to another nation, shield them from international law in the process which is greatly diminishing US standing around the world (a boon to Vladmir Putin's war effort) and Israel thanks them by conspiring with their political opposition so Trump can win. that's a great mutually beneficial relationship. Your opinion on this isn't ridiculous - I can sympathize with why anyone would see it this way. With that - Trump is the only world leader I've ever seen personally insult Netanyahu, multiple times, on a public stage. I'm not convinced Trump and Net are a team, at all. Net was eager to get Trump out of the white house, as evidenced by his congrats to Biden even when the election was being contested (he was the first world leader to congratulate Biden which greatly helped the media legitimize the idea that Biden was legally elected). I think Net realizes he's basically on his own and needs to do whatever he wants, until Trump becomes President (and that's actually when the tables will turn).

There is a zero percent chance of Trump cutting ties to Israel. The Republicans absolutely need the support of batshit religious people who literally believe that they need a Jewish state in control of Israel in order for the biblical end times to begin. These people are not capable of rational thought and Republicans cannot and will not win any elections in this country without pandering to them.

Anyone who thinks Trump would do anything other than give Netanyahu a blank check to do whatever he wants is completely detached from reality.

No one is going to cut ties with Israel. And I'm not even supporting cutting ties with Israel.
If peace happens between Israel and Palestine, it's can't happen without insulting Netanyahu. There's one candidate who has a willingness to do that. Proud to support Trump - on this issue, I'll hope for the best.
Kamala shipping off $24 billion in arms to Israel (for offensive attack), along with boasting Cheney's endorsement is enough for me to see that the "forever war" wing of the uniparty has squarely planted itself in the Democratic Party.
Dem friends - The GOP kicked out the Cheney's. We learned our lesson. These guys just want war and nothing else. You guys are getting played.

Trump is the greatest con artist of all time. We donāt need proof, but proof is readily visible when members of the āForever Trump Cultā tell us ānormiesā (people who want normalcy and boredom back in our politics and government, sans the corruption), that is is WE who are being played. They are so deep into the cult and their own bubble that they will make up narratives to rationalize and justify remaining cult members, and use projection techniques that Trump taught them well, saying we are being played when all along, it is them who are being duped. Duped by the best Con Artist weāve ever seen.
Edit: Sky News Australia is owned by New Corp. and controlled by Rupert Murdoch. Color me shocked, SHOCKED, that theyād be behaving like Fox News.
