hate to be a debbie downer on the situation but doesn't anyone else think that was a lane violation during that jump ball at the end of the game.... yes. i expect the nba to release a formal apology to the lakers, and the city of la for missing a call.

hate to be a debbie downer on the situation but doesn't anyone else think that was a lane violation during that jump ball at the end of the game... that shoulf have been lakers ball with 18 seconds left. and also alot calls went in favor of us... hopefully the lakers continue to play poorly on the road so we can go up 3-1 Yeh we dodged a bullet on that play, but it was Karma for them mate. We had lots of calls go against us too. We earned that win big time.

That was a nail biting experience. Billups what has happened to the 90% from the line in this series?
Props to LK, without him we would have been blown out early.

Question:
Does anyone think K-Mart will get called for a flagrant with that foul on Ariza?

Nuggets deserved one of these 1st 2 games, IMO they outplayed the Lakers by a wide margin in Game #1, and Kobe took that game over and finished like he can! Nuggets may have not deserved this game, but karma is a b***h!

Question: Does anyone think K-Mart will get called for a flagrant with that foul on Ariza? No and I also think the league voids the double tech on Martin and Gasol, that was a bad call

Lakers got all the calls for 3 quarters in the 4th quarter we finally got a fair whistle.
Right now I love Billups, LK and MELO...

I stand corrected. The Nuggets showed some character and poise and just proved that they are not just a flash in the pan. This team can win the series.
BTW, did AC even play today?

That lane violation by JR had no impact on the play. . that is why it was not called. There are lane violations on every free throw, but if they don't impact the play, they are not called. Last time I checked, Ariza got the ball after the tip.

Phil Jackson was saying Melo fouled on the Jump Ball. Lane violations, fouls, boy, the Lakers sure have a lot of excuses for losing at home. The Nuggets need to wipe that sense of entitlement off the Lakers with a blow-out win in Game 3.

Like I've said, if Anthony Carter isn't in the game in the final 6 minutes, the game is very much winnable. The chance of success rises exponentially when he isn't in the game during the crucial minutes of the 4th quarter. This isn't the same ass team that they swept last season. This Nuggets team can beat their sorry asses on ANY given night on ANY given place.
