quick reply is more important than any other feature. do not remove.

i brought it back but i realized it interferes with the 50 post min bc they can just use quick reply so now i have to come up with another idea.

That kind of defeats the whole purpose of having the rookie talk though, if they're still able to spam the other boards.
I think the easiest thing to do would be to simply add more mods that have the ability to ban losers right away, since most of the current ones don't get on enough to take care of it quickly.
