I like what I saw from Fields last night. I think Mozgov is a decent prospect.
Not sure if I like this but I figure our best deal with the Knicks might be....
Fields, Mozgov, Chandler, Curry and any type of future picks we can get?
Like I said I still do not like the deal from the Nuggets side.

The only problem with taking back Chandler or Fields is that Denver could just sign them out right when their contracts are up and NY has already spent all of its free cap space. I don't really see the need for Denver to help them gain extra cap space by working out a trade with them.

How bout Denver gets: Wilson Chandler Landry Fields Anthony Randolph Curry's Expiring Draft picks (We have a TON of 2nd rounders and a tradeable first but can always get a third team involved) Knicks Get: Carmelo Anthony Matt Stone and Trey Parker? Also would you guys swap PG's in this deal? Billups for Felton?

Stone and Parker would burn down the Garden if they went to NY.

You guys can have Towelie. If we're going to start cleaning out the weed heads, might as well make it a package deal.

Cartman is worth more than Melo himself.

I don't know how many people know this but the Knicks will only have max cap space next summer if they renounce chandler, cut one of Fields or Rautins, and can convince turiaf to opt out of his $4.4 million contract next year, and that is only if the cap stays the same or goes up slightly. No where close to a given on either with the CBA negotiations.

Also to the guy above the Chances we pick up Rautins are pretty slim being that he sucks ass and Landry is Awesome. Also Will wants to stay pretty bad and is willing to take less so unless you guys are looking to really over pay him i doubt you can sign him, Plus the only other team he would go to is probley the Pistons cuz hes from Detroit so even if he did leave Detroit would grab him in a heart beat.
Look, Anthony Randolph and Danilo Gallinari have the Chance to become Amazing players some day! there only 21 years old! Gallinari has been bad lately because he sprained his wrist and Randolph is alittle out of control but when they get Older, especially under a coach like George Carl, they could be pretty great players.

We've all seen them play, and they are f***ing trash. The other night was a good game by Gallos standards and I thought he was horrendous. Im curious how you address the capspace issue that bigdog brought up.

Im curious how you address the capspace issue that bigdog brought up. Randolph is just RAW Talent! hes 21 years old and the things he can do with the basketball for someone his size is incredible. His ball handling is amazing for a 7 footer. He has poor shot selection but like i said, hes only 21 and in time he will learn. He just needs a good coach to develop him. (Ala George Karl) Gallinari has been playin Pro basketball in europe since he was 14. He is an amazing 3 point shooter, hes Tough, he draws fouls, and hes getting better every game. I was at MSG last year when The Knicks beat the Nuggets and Gallo led the Charge with 30 points, going back and fourth with Melo in a CRAZY shooting battle. As far as the cap space Situation goes, Were not resigning Rautins, he's Terrible. were not resigning Roger Mason, Hes Terrible. We cant affoard to resign Azabukie, were most certinley letting Eddy McFlurry (Knicks fans nick name for Eddy Curry) go, and then there is Wilson. He wants to come back and we want him back, if he has a break out year and keeps averaging 17 pts and 3 blocks, we Might have to trade away someone like Randolph for a draft Pick so we have the cap to bring him back. Its not like were in some crazy cap situation. We have cap space next year and can create more if we need to. Were a very Flexable team.

And Also yeah, 27 pts by Gallo is a pretty good game by anyones standards. and he had 16 pts in foul shots. Hes great at drawing fouls.
