The defense/playmaking Russ is a good player. He just needs to never try to score. We need his rim pressure. He just doesn't know how to pick his moments. |

Rim pressure is important but the problem with Russ is every single time he gets to the rim he's trying to make a contested lay up. Get to the rim and pass the f***ing ball. There's no point in breaking down a defense if you're not going to take advantage of the breakdown. |
