I still say that all the people who think we can't replace Murray are crazy. He's not a great passer, not a good defender, and he's not always the best decision maker. 95% of why were behind this game is on him. I really think Murray has conditioning issues. He played 48 hours ago for the first time in a week or 10 days, and was good. It’s too much to ask him to come back two nights later and ask him to repeat it. He’s not an AllStar for this reason alone (never consistent). |

We are the only team in NBA history that has 2 point guards that are in theory capable of putting up MVP type performance on any given game, but at the same time can put up such a bad performance that not a single G-league team would pick them...

Biggest problem is we can’t stop them. Layup drill or kyrie breaking down Christian. Dallas has made 2 three pointers and leads by three.
I’d rather make Dallas play doncic ball and wait for him to tire out. Letting him throw one pass to the high post for a bucket isn’t it.

Otherwise I think all we can do is hope he stays healthy and plays well. Btw…Murray has never been a ‘blow by’ guy. Not sure where that started. He squeezes off ball screens and plays in a crowd, backs down his guy, hits transition threes, and is an all around tough shot maker. His points have never come super easy. Just who he is. |
