this team is as bad as it could be. Jamal has blazing speed of injured turtle, MPJ is playing confused, Strawther is defensive liability, Russ is time ticking bomb which often explodes in your own backyard, Saric looks like he has never played basketball, and don't even get me started with Pwat...

I'm playing Brooklyn like some teams have played us.
I'm over helping off of DFS (30% 3PT), Ben Simmons (Doesn't shoot them), Jalen Wilson (28% 3 PT), Noah Clowney (33% 3PT). Make those guys beat us, and run Cam Thomas, Cam Johnson, and Dennis Schroder off the 3 pt line and over help off the other guys.
Am worried about the B2B, but it is early in season, will be curious at rotation. BKN doesn't start a center. Jok probably going to be on DFS OR Simmons.

AG has not been good. Not sure why people have been saying he's played well. He's shooting 40% from the field and has had no defensive impact at all. He was two assists away from having a triple double last night. Just saying. |

He was two assists away from having a triple double last night. Just saying. Last night was by far his best game, and honestly he looked good as small ball 5. I think we need him to play more with bench even if that was WITH Saric. PWat or Russ or Straw can all play more with other starters. IMO. When he plays against 5's he seems like he can get around his man better. |

Now BKN is not big. I'm assuming either Claxton or Clowney into the starting lineup: 1 - Dennis Schroder - 6-1 2 - Cam Thomas - 6-4 3 - Cam Johnson - 6-8 4 - Dorian Finney Smith - 6-7 5 - Either Claxton 7-0 but slim, OR Clowney 6-10 also slim. Game will come down to how we guard THomas and Schroder. Murray has to take Schroder, then CB on Thomas, AG on Johnson, MPJ on DFS, and have him just sit under the rim and over help, and then Jok on Claxton or Clowney. I'd play a soft hedge with MPJ helping on roll at all times. |

When he plays against 5's he seems like he can get around his man better. The problem is you don't want him playing a bunch of minutes at the 5 as that means he'll have to play more physical than usual against bigger guys. Wears you down. |

True and he's actually done a pretty good job secondary facilitating but he's done nothing inside and his defense hasn't been good. The Nuggets defense so far has been horrible outside of Watson and Westbrook. |

Nugs list Jones and Hall as out on G-League assignment. So that means only those two are in Grand Rapids camp and they are keeping Alexander, Pickett, and Tyson active with the main squad for now.
