Jokic playing like the worst player on the floor. Only down 3. This feels like the other 3 games we won in terms of…we should be down by 10.
Lakers will be gassed in the 4th. Get it done.

I do wonder how hurt Murray is. I feel like he’s always banged up and with his slow start after year I wonder if there playing it up abit to take some pressure off. He’s moving perfectly out there. He pulled that move off against AD with ease lol
Nuggets really need to win this. The NBA/LeBron legacy machine will be going hard if the Lakers win tonight.

I think our guys are just relying on the altitude factor kicking in during the fourth quarter. It should work, but that’s playing with fire.
Malone needs to tell Joker that he has to bring it home in second half. Was way too disengaged while Murray was overamped.

Jokic needs to be more aggressive. whole team needs to put some fight. its playoff game, play like it!
we are without KCP for the rest. lets see how much fight we have.

Imagine having the best player on the planet and instead of looking to establish him early in the post and your players looking for him you opt to use him as Sabonis. Unless our coach, our players and especially Jamal starts force feeding Jokic on the block we are not going anywhere this postseason.

I tried to tell guys that RJ would win us a game or two in postseason due to his track record.
This could be it.

He did, but then he went back to the locker room again at about the 3:20 mark. Could just be that he knew he wasn't going back in the game and wanted to get some heat on the ankle, could be he aggravated the injury. We'll find out when we see if he comes out to start the 2nd half.

I do think it's obvious that LAL has doubled Jokic so often he doesn't even look to score in the post. We need to post him up more at free throw line then on the mid-post. But then he has to look to freaking score. Just a piss poor half from him. Super proud of MPJ though. Other then a couple non-boxouts he's playing his ass off.

Also it would be cool if our coaching staff made an adjustment to them blitzing Jokic on the perimeter. Maybe have one of the other players move? That would probably help.

Lakers have 11 free throws, Nuggets have 6 free throws
Lakers have 5 fouls, Nuggets have 8 fouls
Lakers have 25 rebounds (including 8 on offense), Nuggets have 21 (only 3 on offense)

When he was struggling it was mostly due to poor decision making. Murray takes a lot of really tough shots and has been cold from 3. It happens. Love his approach. If Jokic isn't going to be aggressive, Murray is the only hope. He kept us in striking distance in that half.

If we become the first team to blow a 3-0 series lead, and lose the series does Malone keep his job?

They only started doing that tonight though. They're quick doubling. Jokic has made a few really bad passes out of those doubles. He has to adjust. Any time a team is doubling Jokic it should be advantage Nuggets.
