I love the fact that I got to see a Nuggets championship in my lifetime as it's completely changed how I treat the regular season. No more going nuts over bad losses. I don't even think I've been mad very much this season. None of this s**t matters when you have Murray/Jokic. I'm going to enjoy this playoff run and think we are going to win a Championship. If we don't, I'll be very sad but nobody can ever take last year away from us. Most of us would have signed up for 1 Nuggets Championship in our lifetime just 10 years ago. I'll always keep that perspective (even though I want Jokic to win 3+) |

The thing that agitates me is that last year should have honestly been our third championship - we got killed due to MPJ and Murray's injuries.

what if LeGM didn't trade Kuzma, KCP and picks for Westbrook and we still had Barton starting for us instead.
what if the Magic weren't enamoured with RJ Hampton and traded AG to the Celtics instead.
what if fatty took the Barcelona deal.
what if the Pelicans drafted Murray instead of Buddy.
plenty of "what ifs" benefited the Nuggets. that's life.

They rely more than other teams on mid-range stuff and they play a lot of one on one basketball. So it's not always going to be pretty. But they're pretty good, especially for a 6th or 7th seed. I'll stand by that. Not sure if anyone here is pissing their pants over them, but just giving a healthy respect to another team. What's kinda funny to me though is that their fans are calling for Frank to be fired. Just cracks me up. They just fired Monty and already want to fire Frank after less than one season. Do their fans really think that's a 60 win team or something? |

TC has an opt out to get out of his contract in Minnesota after this season.
With the ownership trainwreck ongoing and the 2nd apron coming to obliterate that roster, it would be really tempting to bail and go start again somewhere with good ownership.
